The only cool thing here is the fact you can get taco bell and KFC at the same time. The food: KFC aspect is way way overpriced. The iced team Machi es never work, the cups are sticky, and the tacos that were recieved seemed half filled. Flavors are you know what to expect from these chains but man is their no effort In to it here. Service: unmanned front counters for several minutes. I could have walked behind the counter taken what ever and they meter would have know. I stood just on the edge of the employee space for several minutes before anyone noticed or even returned. Food orders has been wrong 3 times, and is always sloppy. Atmosphere: If you like school cafeteria style with 1 table that looks like it's the show piece you see online to show how cool their design is the you will enjoy these tiny school style lunch benches. Parking is decent and is easy to access and drive through is fairly quick. End result: all the downsides of a KFC and a taco bell but compounded. Expect what you expect from chain fast food you go for the price and maybe a fav but expect poor quality and poor service.

I had a frustrating experience at KFC today, and I feel compelled to share. Outside the restaurant, there's a banner clearly advertising a 4-piece chicken tender meal for $10.49. When I went inside to order, I was charged $15.00 instead. I showed them a picture of the advertisement on my phone, and the employee, Jesse, didn't believe me. He had to walk outside himself to check. After confirming the mistake, he told me that the price they were charging me was the correct one. I asked him if they would honor the advertised price, and he refused, claiming it was their error and they couldn't do anything about it. When I pointed out that this was false advertising, he stuck to his story, saying it was just a mistake. This was incredibly disappointing, and I won't be returning. False advertising and poor customer service make for a very negative experience.

Easily the worst Taco Bell around. Drive thru employees do not pay attention to orders. The quality and quantity of food provided does not match with Yum Brands policy for weights or distribution. There is no care taken by the members at this establishment to make the customer feel welcome or welcomed back. The quesadilla was poorly cut. The grilled nacho fries were a combined total of 7 fries with small plop of beef on the side.

Worst location. The kid taking my order didn’t even know what’s on their menu. I ordered a black bean Crunchwrap supreme and he tried to charge me extra for a beef Crunchwrap take out the beef and pay extra for the black beans which is not correct. I had to point out the item to the guy in the menu behind him and tell him there’s a vegetarian Crunchwrap. Also it’s typically free to sub beef for black beans not extra even if he was going to do it that way in the register. This guy needs to learn the menu better before working at the register. Also this place has given me the completely wrong order in the past a few times. It’s better to never come here so they can close this location down. Can’t believe these people are going to be making $20/hr. I make that much and I’m a researcher with a degree. How are people getting paid the same as me and they don’t know how to take someone’s order...

Sat in the drive thru lane for about 4 mins with no answer after placing an order. So I drove forward and asked if they were open. The first cashier said some answered, but now I'm "already here." Then the drive-thru person was seen washing her hands and told me to go back in the drive thru because I didn't answer her. I asked if she was calling me a liar. She said yes and began to argue with me. I asked her if she's really trying to argue over this, and she said yes and if I wanted something or not because she was busy doing something. So I said no thanks then, not coming here ever again. She made a few inappropriate hand gestures, so I said eff you and left. I've never met any drive thru employee act so childishly at a restaurant in San Diego. I'm calling corporate since they said she was a manager after I called and got hung up on to make...
