We were initally referred by a friend to Bryan at Factory Direct Store many years ago. It was the best referral for our newly bought home.

Bryan and Jimmy (the installer) got us set up with this lovely Acacia engineered floor and wrapped our steps in it too. Jimmy is an artist. I have stairs that look like art.

We love our flooring and stairs and it has lasted very well.

Bryan is a genuinely nice person. He does not seem like he is in sales and he is easy to work with. He is friendly, open and builds relationships with customers rather than just a quick sale and gone.

Last year, he was in our area doing a neighbor's carpet install, and saw us walking our dogs, he stopped to just say hello. He even remembered our dogs name and we had not seen him in several years (since before covid). For us, it was like catching up with an old friend.

We recently needed our beautiful wood-wrapped stairs to have carpet on them. The dogs and I are getting older and we were slipping.

I wanted it to be wool carpet to last long and also be pet friendly. Most important was to be able to see the art of the wood wrapped stairs as much as possible- especially the open stairs. With all this in mind, he directed me to the wool carpeting and pet friendly carpet samples in his store. I think I spent over an hour or two choosing which ones might go with my flooring (which is installed in the store too, so that helped.) They have so many different types of wood, laminate and carpet. Great variety.

I was at the store 2 times total looking at carpet and Melinda was very helpful as well.

Bryan gave me the estimated prices for several (some of the wool ones were surprisingly affordable ) and took home like 5 boards of samples to get the color chosen where it would be installed in my house.

When it was all decided, he came out to measure the steps, ordered it all and when it came in, he scheduled us with our carpet installer Hector.

Hector was friendly and a great installer. He advised us on levels of padding and, in the end, he made it look beautiful and he worked fast. He listened and did it right. It looks better than with just the wood!

I got exactly the look I wanted. A little bit of wood showing on the sides, the entire bottom of the open stairs showing, and the carpet enhancing the stairs- not just covering it.

Every day, I love looking at my carpeted stairs. It has been several months now and they still look new. My entire house flooring is still lovely after over a decade.

My S O hired this company to install hardwood flooring in a small room. After paying a 2/3 deposit we were contacted by their installer and told the job would take about 6 hours to complete.

The installer showed up without the hardwood flooring and gave us a story about the flooring not being available locally and had to be ordered from Los Angeles. The installer went ahead and spent 4 hours prepping the floor. We set another time to do the installation - but on that day we were given another story about the company forgetting to put it on the truck. After another 3 days the installer finally showed up promising to complete the job in a few hours. Well after 3.5 hours I asked him how much longer ??? The installer said he needed more time because he didn't take into account that raising the floor would compress the distance of the sliding closet door opening and prevent the doors from closing. He presented this as somehow being our fault ! Then he started yelling about needing more time...overall with all of the choices available for flooring I can't recommend these people. I wanted to wait several months before I wrote my review on the quality of the luxury spc vinyl flooring I purchased for my new home. The first rep I spoke to was helpful and knowledgeable and inspired me to return for my final decision, but it was the owner Bryan with his over the top customer service, recommendations and knowledge that sealed the deal! Not only did he give me a great price, but he also assisted in getting me all my materials when the distributor was not releasing or guaranteeing delivery when I already scheduled the installer!
