I recently visited this boba tea shop, and I was blown away by the exceptional service and delicious drinks they offer. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and genuine kindness. What struck me the most was their patience in helping me navigate through their extensive menu to find the perfect drink.
Once I made my selection, I was delighted by the quality of the boba tea. It was evident that they use high-quality ingredients, as every sip was bursting with flavor. Whether you're a fan of classic milk teas or adventurous fruit flavors, they have something for everyone.

Read moreI don’t think it’s the location’s fault at all, it must be some sort of corporate meddling as this is the only TapEx that has completely abandoned the Taiwanese basil chicken. Recipe used to be more normal until a few years ago where now it’s just hard chicken instead of crispy chicken, a recipe that lacks any of the Taiwanese basil flavoring found in Convoy’s TapEx. This place also lacks combos of the same quality, using warmed up edamame and corn kernels in place of steamed veggies and fried egg.
I truly wish corporate would do something about this, there is no Taiwanese basil chicken where us SDSU students have convenient access to throughout the day. I’ve had acceptable green apple tea and green apple tea that tastes like, uh, grass. Some higher authority isn’t allowing this place to function better for whatever reason. It’s indicative in the store replies to reviews, where it seems like the store responses are rather helpless to feedback beyond acknowledgment. Some sort of corporate entity involved on the more immediate level needs to allow this place to provide...
Read moreI ordered a snow ice and it tasted like crushed ice, so I basically paid $5 for ice! I only requested for more syrup, or for my drink to be switched with a hot tea, but she kept repeating like a recorder that it was against store policy, and that they could give me a 50% discount on my next drink. She was not even listening to what I was saying, so I asked to talk to the manager, and she replied that he was busy. I then answered that I would wait. After 20 minutes, I approached the person whom I thought to be the manager, and at this point I requested to be reimbursed. Like a robot, he repeated the same speech as his employee. After insisting for 5 minutes, he accepted to give me an additional shot of syrup. The service was horrible, the staff was unable to think outside the box and couldn't care less about customer satisfaction and fidelity, and the drink was straight water. Why would I accept for a coupon if I had a horrible experience??? I want to add that I was extremely patient and respectful, but that did not help a bit. Do not waste your hard working...
