It's Boba Time San Fernando — Restaurant in San Fernando

My review doesn't reflect the items they offer as they are great. My review reflects my interaction I just had there this evening with one of the workers. First of all, someone walked off with my sons order and they didn't even call the order numbers through their microphone. The music was too loud when you sit near the restroom. We decided to simply stand up and wait for our order and then we realized that our number was already made but it wasn't on the counter. So I then asked one of the workers about our order and she said they would make everything we ordered all over and she apologized which we were OK with that. She then told us she'd have a few extra Taiyaki made for the inconvenience. She asked for our order number and we gave it to her. She made our drinks. When the girl making the Taiyaki brought out our box I asked her where the extra ones were at they said they'd make and she said she made them that we got 5 because we ordered 3. I told her no we ordered 5 and she said that in the receipt I gave her it said 3. I never gave her a receipt, I only interacted with her until she handed us the box of Taiyaki. She tried to falsely accuse me of giving her someone else's receipt instead of admitting her mistake of making the wrong ones. It's funny how the girl who prepared our drinks got them right but the one making the Taiyaki didn't. I had my son hand me his receipt so she could see our order. When we were walking out she then yells, well the Taiyaki in the box aren't even the right ones made. So I walked back in and had them refund the Taiyaki. Waited about an extra 30 minutes for that headache. Next time don't pin your mistakes on the customer. Admit when...

If i could give 0 i would! Im not really a writing review person, but this one did it for me. I ordered the coconut strawberry boba with strawberry popping boba added. It did NOT taste like the other boba time shops. This one had a taste of expired milk. It got so bad to the point i felt numb on my tongue And that was when i was eating the regular boba. The strawberry popping boba tasted very expired i had to spit it out. 20$ down the drain (i bought a large drink and a regular with mine as well) and we all had a bad experience with it. And not just that! The customer service was very poor… a worker kept staring at me with hatred eyes and when i had went up to order she gave me so much attitude, it was like she was in a hurry to get the order done with but yet when i finally ordered it took them 20-40 minutes to finish the drinks and it wasnt even packed with people, i was probably thr third person there, so unprofessional. I understand You dont like your job but if im not giving you attitude, you shouldn’t do it for no reason cuz theyre paying you to work and to be nice. Im very dissatisfied on how everything was here. Got to say I Love this place 5 stars is just not enough to give this store. The store just Opened and the staff here is all so friendly. They have a big selection you can choose from which is really nice. One person in particular was nothing more than Amazing her name was Valerie, she knew exactly what sje was talking about and very helpful in informing which drinks contained caffeine and which didn't as I'm breast feeding and staying away from caffeine. She gave me a few suggestions to try and everyone she has told me has been delicious. My husband is very picky when it comes to his drinks and Valerie also was so kind and suggested a few and him too has been very satisfied. Never been to a Boba place where it hooked both my husband and I. We come almost on a daily basis ever since this store has Opened. Wish there was a V.I.P. card for us. I give this...
