Quieres TacosWay — Restaurant in San Fernando

I’ve been a customer to this place for over 5 years. I mainly go for their tacos way & I understand the meat prices and inflation are making everything be more expensive, but honestly ya se están pasando de lanza. Today I asked for one of their “premium” tacos with rib eye & shrimp, to my disappointment it literally had only 3 poor little slices of meat and a single shrimp. I was so mad of having to pay $8.50 + taxes for a taco with so little meat and shrimp on it, I really thought it was a cook mistake and when I called the waitress to address the situation and asked her if that was normal, she pretty much said “it is what it is, if you don’t like it ni modo”. I do like the food but if there’s something I don’t like about this place is their poor service and atmosphere, music is WAY TOO LOUD, you can’t have a conversation even if yelling, forget about having a pleasant dining experience if they have live music, it is way too much volume for such space, it’s horrible. And their service is the worse part, they take forever to ask for your order, they often forget to bring all things you ask and don’t even ask them for extra salsa, lemon or salt cuz those servers will give you a nasty look like if it gets deducted off their checks. Food was bomb!! Service 👎. Food and drinks are the only reason they're getting 3 stars. Went in at lunch time, there was nobody to greet us when we walked in the door. (Only one other customer sitting down at a table.) Stood there waiting a couple mins for someone to appear & seat us. Finally seated, order our drinks. Check out the menu, this is our first time here. Decided to order, what we ordered (meat trio) was suppose to come with rice & beans (girl who took our order even confirmed). So meat trio comes out with salsa, cilantro, onion, etc. We eat then realize they never brought our rice & beans, so we ask, after waiting for a waitress or some employee. Then were told it doesn't come with rice & beans by a gentleman who works there, but the menu clearly states it comes with rice & beans. His response was oh they just changed the menus. Um ok so where's my rice & beans (cuz we know we're going to be charged for it any way it's supposed to be part of the meal). Wait, wait, and wait. No one came to check on us while we were eating. Then we have to get up and ask for boxes to go, still no rice & beans we're full and our drinks are empty. Wait, wait, wait some more because no one is out on the floor so we wait for an employee to appear from the back to ask for our tab so we can pay & leave. Still no...

As soon we got our table, we waited about 15 mins before our server even greeted us. It was my first time there, so I had a lot of questions. Once our server got to our table we ordered our food and I decided to go wash my hands in the restroom. It was such a dissapointment walking in to the restroom, it was very dirty, it looked like they didn't finish building it. The hand soap dispenser was broken so it was leaking soap all over the floor and the sink had so much dirt on it, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a long time. When I got back to my table our food was there shortly and then another dissapointment. We ordered their infamous Tacosway tacos and their shrimp al mojo se ajo. The Tacosway were super greasy and salty, and the shrimp platter had only 6 small shrimps, the portions were so small for the price. The server never returned to ask if we needed anything else. I followed their Instagram and it shows something completely different than in person. The owner should invest all the profits he's making on upgrading his restrooms and hiring better staff from the kitchen to the servers. I would not recommend this...
