Avanti Banquet Hall — Attraction in San Fernando

The Avanti Hall in San Fernando is absolutely beautiful I throughly enjoyed how elegant the inside is decorated and my close friends wedding celebration it was a blast . Unfortunately I had a bad experience with one of the older female servers before entering the venue she harassed me at my car as I was getting ready to enter venue and began yelling at me in three different languages to move my car all while hitting my car . Even after moving my car I still was harassed inside the venue to move my car again I had already stated that I can't be parked in the red and that she would have plenty of space to leave as since she is a server guests leave before the servers at venue. I hope no one has to deal with this situation the lady refused to give me her name so here is a picture of her car...

I was just there this past weekend for my cousin's wedding and I had such a terrible experience thanks to the rude server we had. She wore glasses and had highlights in her hair wrapped in a pony tail. My mother would call her over to see if she could get more of a dish and I kid you not, the server looked at her and saw her calling her over and then looked the other way. She also didn't bring our champagne to the table and every other table did have champagne except for the section where she served. Another server (who was male) also pushed my niece's chair and yelled at the kids. The reception was beautiful but the staff was something else. If you plan on having your event here, better to hire another catering company for your special day. WORST service I have...
