I love everything this ice cream parlor has to offer everything is delicious and made the way it's supposed to be there are other places that try to imitate what they serve here but they just can't you can taste the difference right away. The service though is not the greatest they need to be more mindful of their customers. When you're in customer service the second you say next and start speaking with the person that is next they and what they're ordering should be your only concern nothing matters but that person till they've paid and you've completed their order. PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR CUSTOMERS! I was there on 3/6 I even posted something positive but there's nothing positive about the fact that I felt really sick out of nowhere as I was getting ready to pay I had my 8 year old son that was clearly WITH me if she would've been paying attention to ME instead of trying to ring up 3 people that were behind me at the same time she would've noticed something was terribly wrong I had to grab the counter just to not fall and hit the floor as I was taking the money out of my wallet I could feel my face changing because I felt cold and hot rushes to my face and started pouring sweat immediately I put the money down $20 and stumbled to the first table just so they could ignore my son as if he hadn't been with me ordering the whole time they couldn't even give him our order at no point were they even concerned or cared to even offer water while they held the water I had ordered on the other side of the counter it took me like 5 minutes of almost dying at my table to be able to get the words out I finally said "can't you give the boy our food the money is there!" she had no idea where THERE was because she WASN'T mindful of her customer when I clearly said HERE as I put...

This place lacks good management and business sense. First if your business is based on serving the public, I would think you would want to hire friendly and energetic staff. The staff are not friendly; they are there to do their job and that's it, and they show it in their lack of customer service skills. There is no customer service friendliness, thank you, you're welcome, nothing. Yesterday we went to the Michoacana and we were helped by a worker who was so monotone. There was no welcoming or friendliness in the way she interacted with us. She gave off a vibe like she was doing us a favor by helping us. We placed our order and for the 3rd time-in-row they ran out of milk to do milkshakes. I told her that this is the 3rd time in a row that we come and we can't get a milkshake because you guys say you ran out of milk. The girl just looks at me and doesn't apologize or offer an alternative; nothing. I told her if you guys are constantly running out milk I think you should buy more so you have enough for your evening customers. She didn't say anything. At the end when she rung us up and I'm the one that said thank you to her. She didn't say anything. LA Michoana needs to step it up. They need to hire or train their employees on customer service. They need to stop with that model of giving the customer their ice cream after payment, by the time I get my icecream it's softens. That's weird. Even though is good. I feel that the employee don't give it their 100% when doing the product. They are there to get a paid check. They don't care about doing a great quality when making a product you ask for. One time I went and they gave me almost melted paleta. Another time I went and ask for hot Cheetos esquites, and the girl just put a lot of juices from the corn , and my hot Cheetos were all soggy . I guess she didn't bother straighting the corn juice . They do it fast to take out the people they don't care about quality, and presentation of product.. I rather wait (time) and get something enjoyable than something that will disappoint me because they did it all fast. I love getting tostilocos, however the cueritos are very hard to chew....
