After Hours Ramen — Restaurant in San Francisco

I think the people giving this place a high rating must be friends of the owner or have taste buds accustomed to eating frozen fried foods.

Everything on the menu is fried and nothing is made fresh. Oil in fryer clearly not changed as everything was very dark in color. 1 star for the friendly waitress even though she brought me my canned Guinness sitting inside the glass instead of simply pouring it herself or simply not allowing the dirty can to sit inside of my glass. If you have too many things to carry then perhaps it would be good to use a tray. This place definitely lacks cleanliness. As my husband was coming out of the restroom he witnessed 2 cooks dropping a bunch of frozen patties on the floor in the kitchen and quickly pick them up. I really hope they threw it in the garbage.

I feel like this would be a good spot to appear on kitchen nightmares for Gordon Ramsay to come in and make the owner care a bit more about what he serves customers. Will definitely not...

When they say "you can't judge a book by its cover" this place is sadly was just that. Everything about the way this place looks and feels, screams that perfect and amazing ramen shop. Sadly, the service was terrible, took forever to get the waiter to come over even with only two tables occupied. Waiter messed up nearly every part of the order from what pork type was served with what ramen, and the strength of, plus content of each bubble tea. Disregarding that, the ramen was mediocre to awful. I got the spicey tonkotzu, and wifey got the black garlic. She was ill before we got home and spent half the night after, hovering near the restroom. The whole thing made me sad, I was looking to have a special night here for over a week and was terribly...

The Food was fantastic the Garlic Oil Ramen had a strong but wodnerful flavor with generous toppings, the Tonkotsu Ramen as well had a delightfully warm broth that permeated my body. Their veggie tempura was also wonderful as well, overall food wise it was delightful. They also sell boba so just a bit of extra goodness. Service was fantastic too, the food came out in under ten minutes, everyone was friendly and quick. Lastly the decor was lovely perfect if you want a few insta or snap pics though the chairs they had were a little uncomfortable that is the only thing i can think of that was a negative.
