If you are looking for someone to do an appraisal, I highly recommend Tim Little. It is not surprising he garners 5 stars on Yelp and Google. He is responsive, personable and a pleasure to work with, and he delivers his report within the timeframe indicated. I sent my Yelp inquiry late at night and to my surprise he responded right away while he was on vacation. I figured it would take a while for him to get up to speed after his return from vacation but he got in touch within a couple of days and worked out a time to meet.
