Bernal Heights Pizzeria — Restaurant in San Francisco

Yo what the hell bernal heights pizzeria?? We order from you guys all the time. Ordered a pizza for delivery 30 min before they closed. The took my boyfriends credit card info and was told our pizza was going to be delivered in 45minutes. It's now 10:45pm the place is closed and no one is answering our calls. This is unacceptable and unprofessional AF.

Update: got our pizza almost two hours later. Pizza is cold and we did not even get our complete order. What do you guys just charge whatever and Bring whatever you want??? Driver was insanely rude about the whole situation.

We will be coming in tomorrow to clear up the situation and make sure we get our money back. I am also in the customer service industry and I get it your tired and you have family too but to do that to returning customers to a customer in general??????? a shame every time we find some place we actually like, people who really hate there...

Absolutely unacceptably bad service.I ordered from here for about six months. In six months they got exactly one half of my orders correct, but I let it go because the food was pretty good and mostly they just missed little things. I"ve worked in the service industry before and I know what it can be like.

The one time I refused to let it slide the pizza arrived cold, with the wrong toppings and the delivery driver pretended not to speak English and refused to give me my change until he walked away with a ten dollar tip. I called after that and they gave me a "store credit" The next time I called they informed me that they no longer deliver to my neighborhood even though they deliver to the bar that is actually a half a mile further from their store than my house. I was at the bar when they delivered there not two days ago and now I'm really pissed. Find someone else for pizza delivery. These guys are not cool. Not...

Looks like I am the first review on here for Bernal Heights Pizzeria so I am going to start them off with four stars. We got delivery and they got they pizza over to us quickly within 30 minutes which is rare for delivery in SF. The Pizza(supreme) was a little expensive (We spent $30+ for a Pizza and Wings). It tasted great as only two pieces survived through dinner and those tasted great in the morning served cold and were quickly devoured. Wings were just ok but really nice that they come with a side of ranch to dip them in. I will keep ordering pizza from here but probably will not get the...
