Boba&Brew — Restaurant in San Francisco

Not a fan of the extra dollar for non-dairy milk, and the total is pretty expensive, but I will say that the young women who work here are friendly, which is a breath of fresh air in SF.

Not every coffee shop in SF charges $1 extra for plant-based milk. Some charge 75cents, some 50cents, some nothing at all.

I ordered a matcha latte with boba today. It was a very weak drink and had a very watered down matcha flavor. The boba was great though. They were a bit busy with orders because of a company event so not sure if it's always like this, but I won't be a returning customer. In terms of service they were also super slow to put out drinks. They share a space, so the atmosphere is good. Don't get the smoothie. There is no actual fruit in it. The lady who made it for us told us it was just ice, milk, and fruit syrup. We felt cheated, so we asked if we could exchange, and they double-charged us. There should be a better boba place for the money...
