For the past 14 years, Millennium Tower has been so much more than where I live—it’s truly where I feel at home. The community here is something special: welcoming, diverse, and alive with a mix of cultures, ages, and backgrounds. It’s a place where everyone belongs, and that feeling stays with you.
The service here is something you can’t find anywhere else. From GMs Tom and Al to concierges Armando and Dulce, and doormen Hon, Koudous and Derrick, everyone knows your name, greets you with genuine warmth, and makes everyday life feel just a little bit easier. It’s those little moments—the friendly hello in the lobby, the smooth valet experience—that brighten each day without fail.
Our amenities are incredible. Whether swimming laps in the 75-foot saline pool, relaxing in the steam rooms, or recharging with a Pilates or yoga class in the amazing fitness center, there’s always a way to unwind. Some of my favorite nights have been spent in the private wine cellar and tasting room. The screening room, kids’ playroom, and the two-level outdoor terraces with that beautiful linear fireplace give us great spots to gather with neighbors and friends. And the Owners Lounge and Private Dining Room, with quiet, leisurely dinners curated by Michael Mina and Ayesha Curry’s International Smoke right on the first floor, makes it feel like there’s always something special around the corner.
I also want to shout out the Privé events curated weekly by William H. He brings such creativity and heart to everything—from holiday parties to first-run movies, tastings, cultural presentations, live music, and outings—that life here always feels full of energy and connection.
For me, it all comes down to this: the genuinely engaging community, the service that’s second to none, and the unmatched amenities that make 301 Mission more than just an address. It’s home—a place where luxury meets real belonging, and every detail makes life fuller and...
Read moreLiving in this five-star luxury building these past 14 years truly feels extraordinary—the Millennium Tower is the perfect blend of first class service, luxurious amenities and genuine community. From my first day welcoming reception, it’s been clear that the building isn’t just about high-end finishes or impressive amenities; there’s a real sense of community, where neighbors genuinely connect beyond brief elevator chats or passing in the halls. One of the biggest highlights is the world-class gym, filled with state-of-the-art equipment, Pilates Studio, Yoga Room, and indoor salt water 25 meter lap pool. All available on the 2nd floor Club level without having to leave the building. The Club Lounge has become a favorite spot for morning coffee, evening get-togethers, or impromptu celebrations—there’s always someone to share a conversation or a laugh enjoying wine, spirits and fine dining options from the Michael Mina kitchen of International Smoke. The Prive program offers weekly events including movies in the Club Level Theatre, fireside chats, wine tastings and a host of cultural experiences. What really makes this place feel special though is the community spirit: well trained staff members always go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, and residents are genuinely friendly, supportive, and respectful. Special shout outs to our general managers Al, Tom and David, long term staff members Hon, Dulce, Armando, Keegan and William for their professionalism, dedication and service. They help cultivate an atmosphere that is welcoming, comfortable, and truly fosters the feeling of belonging to a genuine neighborhood community. For anyone considering luxury city living, the Millennium Tower exemplifies how thoughtful amenities and a connected community can turn an apartment into an...
Read moreSo...for a moment, let's forget all of the unnecessary snark, and talk about real solutions, shall we? For those that have friends and loved ones in the building, that bought their units on good faith, what are the interim solutions to obvious questions? What is the expected fallout from an earthquake? If the building is leaning now, then what can be expected if an earthquake occurs before foundation repair? If it's determined that the building actually will fall, then what course of action do the homeowners have to get their investment back. This building somehow got approved by the city of San Francisco as well, so what is their responsibility in all of this? Who approved and signed off on a building that isn't secured to bedrock? Obviously the firms that built the building will never get past this and more than likely will go out of business, so no worry there. What are the expected timelines to repair this building, and when they say it's "repaired" does that mean the building will stand upright again? How will this be fixed? What impact will repair construction have on the shorter tower? Does that foundation also need reinforcing? What will the disruption be for the surrounding construction projects? Will repairing this project do damage to their structures? How do you know if it will or won't? (Answer that last question VERY CAREFULLY considering your building is now leaning.) To conclude, What is the plan? How will it be implemented? What is the cost? Who will pay that cost? What will that cost do to the already nosebleed HOA fees that the building has? (A current 4 bed/4 bath listing carries a $4995 MONTHLY HOA fee!) What effect will this have on resale values for the homeowners? (Ok ok.....to join in on the snark...should the tower be...
