If you're not familiar with Boba Guys, I highly recommend it. They use really high quality teas and ingredients (not the powders and syrups others use). I personally don't like sweet drinks so I typically either get: 1) Iced Muscat Oolong, 0% Sweet, with Grass Jelly or 2) Iced Chamomile Mint, 0% sweet, with Almond Jelly. The jellies add a very slight amount of sweetness and the flavors are great!
This particular location gets 4 stars from me because the service is a bit slower than some other locations and they don't have as many food options as the Fillmore location (which has a bunch of options associated with their Sunday Bird kitchen). You can order at the kiosk or wait for a staff member to appear to take your order. What I appreciate about their business model is that non-dairy milk is always available without an added charge. I always get my drinks with oat milk (even if their creamer is non-dairy, there is often still milk derivatives) and my Hojicha latte with boba was well made and satisfying.
