UPDATE: i will never support this business again. i did actually go in person and was treated horribly. it all started when my order total was more than i had paid previously though uber eats. i questioned the price difference and the manager said there was an increase in price. i mentioned that the menu at the restaurant also didn’t reflect the price difference and i would like to be paid what was still being advertised. she said if i don’t like it to leave. the sad part is, the price difference wasn’t that much. it wasn’t about the payment but the PRINCIPAL. the cashier girl was also in disbelief at how the owner shouted at me and told me to leave. i didn’t understand how a simple conversation had gotten so blown up. she told both myself and her cashier to get out because the cashier tried to intervene when she was extremely rude to me. i don’t know if this was a racist thing, or if this woman was having a bad day, but i have never experienced anything like this. i went to school for business, and being a business minded person, the right thing to do was honor what was being advertised. i will never return to this place again.
i had given this place five stars just a few weeks prior. check out my review below:

Read moreThere is a wait at the French bakery of the street so we decided to try Crêpes on Cole instead. I’m glad we did. The staff which appears to be family was extremely helpful and extremely nice. There is plenty of seating outside and it looks like they are keeping everything sanitized.
I had questions about the chicken sausage if it contained pork and they knew right away, it’s nice to eat somewhere where they actually know what they serve.
We told them we are AKAP “As Kosher As Possible.” The woman said she is half Jewish and will accommodate us.
They did grilled chicken in our omelette instead of the chicken sausage and we had red potatoes with rosemary and a wonderful raspberry blintz with applesauce and sour cream. The portobellos in the omelette were very fresh and it was filled with melted brie (yes we mix poultry and dairy). They also gave us a side of fresh fruit which was very refreshing.
They are very busy this Sunday morning and have to take so many extra steps because of this plandemic, but did not allow it to lessen their customer service or very high food quality.
We live in Colorado where restaurants are much cheaper but I think the prices were fair for San Francisco. We will certainly be back next time we are in San Francisco, what a wonderful meal...
Read moreI was in the area exploring and decided that I wanted a simple lunch. I ordered the basic cheeseburger and with sweet potato fries (pretending those would be more healthy) and a can of diet Coke. Although the prices are a little higher than I would prefer, they aren't out of like for this kind of meal. I took a seat by the window so I could watch the Muni trains and foot traffic. The burger and fries arrived at my table hot, along with a simple arugula salad with vinaigrette. I'm not usually a fan of vinaigrette, but this one was good enough to finish off. As for the burger, it arrived open so you could remove anything you didn't want. I like everything on my burgers; lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, and red onions. I decided to put the ketchup on the plate rather than the 1/2 lb burger as it already and more than enough inside to make it slippery. The fried were nicely done considering they were frozen. They were still tasty. The entire meal was very pleasant. I appreciate they have an acoustic tied ceiling so that it didn't get too loud despite a few families with small children who were very excited over their meals. All in all, it was a very relaxing and...
