Ordered two pizzas online at 7pm, my order didn't arrive until 9.17pm, even though it said the driver left the store with my pizzas at 7.39pm...i live 1.4miles from this dominos store. I was minding two small kids and i was promising them pizza all day and i went with dominos because i thought they would be reliable, i ended up giving them cereal and the youngest of them was asleep by the time the order eventually came. When the order eventually arrived, the delivery man offered no apology or explanation to why we were left waiting so long! The pizza was frezzing and soggy and i ended up throwing most of it out! I gave it a one star in the review bar but i honestly dont even think it deserves that! It says on the Domino's webpage that if you are not 100% satisfied with your order they will refund you....i'm not here for a refund, im writing this so i might be able to stop the next person from ordering and having the same experience! The most annoying thing was ringing the shop and getting no answer, even though the phone was ringing..its like the worker's just really couldn't care less about the customers or Dominos, if i was the manager at this restaurant/Takaway id be embarrassed and ashamed that this is what i believed to be acceptable! I asked if they had any specials for sandwiches and pasta, tell me why they wanted to charge me $11+ for a tiny sandwich. I knew they were lying so I went on the website and I was like âuh the website says $6.99 each for 2 or moreâ of whatever I was trying to order. Then they told me âoh itâs only for onlineâ so I was like ok Iâll order online. I placed the order while still in the store so when I sent it, they get a super loud alert on their ordering system, and itâs super obvious that it was my order that came in. They read the order and start cracking up laughing cause I just talked to them about a SANDWICH! And theyâre just over there laughing that I really did order a sandwich. They start laughing and talking âs-wordâ in Spanish. Luckily I donât understand too much otherwise Iâd be talking âs-wordâ to them too.
