First of all the lady ignored me for several minutes after placing an order. I was waiting to pay for food and drink, so I can start drinking the soda. Took so long it placed the drink back. As mentioned in a previous post from someone else, the lady handled the money and started to cook without washing her hands. I wanted to try some of the restaurants in my neighborhood and this is the first out of several places that I won't be back. Why didn't she ask what I wanted if I was standing in front of the counter for over 10 minutes? Their Al Pastor is very unique with layers of heavy flavor from umami to spicy, slightly sweetened by pineapple tidbits.
