We tried this place on a Saturday during lunch time. Quite some people in there but wasn’t too crowded. The ceilings were high so it probably made the space feel more spacious👍🏻. We got the AYCE hot pot & grill ($43 per person, but we got a $5 off per person discount, not sure why but of course we wouldn’t say no to that🤪). The servings were pretty big, and the food came really fast right after we ordered. The tables were not huge but they took away the empty plates and stuff on your table pretty fast so you don’t have to pile lots of things up. However, the taste of the food was a bit more on the saltier side. I got the fiery spice beef with the fiery level for my hot pot’s broth and the salt level was way higher than the spice level. The marinated meats were also pretty salty for someone that’s not used to a super high salt level😫. If you love big servings of meat and high salt levels you’ll definitely appreciate this place much more than I did😅. The dessert they gave us that day was peanut butter chocolate ice cream. I love ice cream but unfortunately I’m not a big fan of the peanut butter chocolate flavor.

The experience here was awful from start to finish. As soon as we walked in, the place reeked like wet dog. We ordered sodas, and they all tasted like sink water with sugar. When we asked for canned drinks, we were told they didn’t have any. We got three hot pots and KBBQ—one of the broths was disgusting. I asked if I could switch it for a different flavor and was told I’d be charged again unless they “fixed” it (still not sure how you fix a broth that tastes that bad). I declined. To make it worse, the owners stood around staring at us and clearly talking about us—it was uncomfortable and unprofessional. The only decent thing was the dessert, but that’s not enough to save the experience. The place needs serious cleaning, better service, and way more respect for customers. Definitely do not recommend. 🤮

We arrived at 7pm on a Friday after watching the Yelp waitlist say 5 min wait times from home. By the time we arrived it had jumped to 45 minute wait times within 10 minutes of leaving the house and regret not joining the Yelp waitlist while at home. We ended up waiting over 1.5 hours at the bar across the street. We had a party of 6 and their tables are mainly set up for 2 or 4 people so we had to split our group up into two tables. I think our wait time took longer than usual because we had to wait for two adjacent tables to open up. Besides the wait and the weird seating arrangement, the food was delicious. Comes out quite fast after you order from the tablet. There’s a sauce bar to make your own dipping sauce. We did the all you can eat hot pot and grill option for $43 a person. I read a review saying the mild broth was pretty spicy for being mild and I would say I agree. I would maybe ask for the spice on the side if possible and add it to the broth to preference next time. All you can eat also came with Lychee sorbet, I would pass on the soju next time, way too sweet and thick. The sake we had was great though. Also our server Simon was sooooo nice and really made our experience! Hope to come back soon, maybe just a touch...

We came here for dinner and while the food was decent, something really unsettling happened that I feel needs to be mentioned. My boyfriend had to perform the Heimlich maneuver on his friend right at our table because he was choking. Thankfully, he was able to save him, but what really shocked me was that none of the staff stepped in or even acknowledged what was happening.

No one came to check on us, offer help, or even ask if everything was okay afterward. I would expect better awareness and training for situations like this, especially when it’s happening right in the middle of the restaurant.

The food and atmosphere were fine, but this lack of response in a medical emergency made me feel uneasy. I hope management takes this seriously and trains their staff to be more attentive and proactive in such...
