Not sure of the young girl working today, but I've had great customer service prior to today. The cashier was multitasking as I was giving her my order. I had a question about a specific boba drink and someone else walked in so I offer that person the space to order since the cashier looked past me to the next person. After that customer left, I began ordering and another customer came around and started ordering and the young girl took the second customers' order. I'm still at the front of the line, in front of the cash register, and wondering if anyone sees me. Finally she asks if I was ready and I told yes and that I had been ready. Ordered two milk boba tea and two avocado rolls. One had a hair in it (lower left corner) and barely avocado. I showed them and they seemed to be upset that I was complaining... Yes, I am complaining about hair being in the food... Yes, I am confused as to what I am paying for if it doesn't look like the photos, but more importantly, the hair is in the rice!! They made me a new one. But the vibe of this place today has been a disappointment. I have the photos. Hope to add them to this post.

Nice boba and snack/food place! We passed 3 of them on the street and only stopped here because there was parking. But this place is authentic couldn't read half the menu cause it's not in English but that's fine just enough to get what we wanted. Some nice booths and tables friendly quick service prices are great and drinks tasted very organic got the line passion tea, coconut, fresh fruit mix and boba and Taro $1.99 special milk tea which was awesome. Fruit drinks came with fresh fruit slices and coconut drink tasted like a pina collada. Lots of food options also. Definitely recommended wish we had this one in Sacramento:

I won't say that this place is the best, but I will definitely say that you can't beat the price. You can find a lot of different options, from dessert to udon. This is great when you go with more than one person. The drinks were tasty and the boba was chewy as I like(plus they put a lot of it). Overall is great and, I would recommend you coming here if you want to pay less.

Racist! I just walked in there after eating a burrito next door and as soon as i walk in the young lady gives me a look like shes disgusted, never even seen her before asked her a questio about the ice crean n she shouts at me like i said something wrong or like she hates me. Them when i asked for the ice cream she acts like she couldnt hear me then tirns around n rolls her eyes while getting a cup of ice cream. i declined it n walked out. ive never been so insulted and ive never felt so much negative attitude in my life nor have i ever felt so much hatred, i work fulltime, make music, went to college and am pursuing a degree in music and let me tell you, IF YOU ARE A PERSON OF COLOR, ANY SHADE OF BROWN OR BLACK DO NOT EVER GO IN THIS STORE. EVER. YOU WILL REGRET IT. TODAY IS MEMORIAL DAY MAY 29TH 2017, AT 6:30 PM. WHOEVER THAT GIRL THAT WAS WORKING THE REGISTER SHOU LD NEVER BE ALLOWED TO BE A CASHIER ANYWHERE , DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. HORRIBLE. would give -5 (negative5) stars...

I've been coming to 5° since they opened. Service is friendly & wait is fairly reasonable. I especially liked it when they were offering $1 coupons for every $5 order. I wish they would bring that coupon special back. I used to get a stamp for every regular drink purchase that's not the special price & after 10 stamps, I can redeem for a free drink. I would either get the milk tea w/bubbles or jasmine milk tea w/rainbow jellies or watermelon juice w/bubbles or jasmine milktea w/lychee popping jellies. Their drinks & teas are usually strong enough & the right amount of sweetness. The bubbles, jellies & popping bubbles are usually the right consistency too. We also like their egg puffs, CA rolls, minced pork over rice, curry fish balls & curly fries. I wish they had popcorn chicken. We don't really like their teriyaki chicken rice, udon or spam musubi though. We prefer these items at Hawaiian Drive In...
