I purchased a PAX at the store, my first one. I asked for help with choosing a pod- I explained what kind of high I was looking for etc. The clerk recommended Pineapple Express, so I bought it. When I drew from the device, it made my throat so sore and scratchy, my throat felt uncomfortable for 3 days. I went in and told another clerk what happened- he very coldly explained that it was the Pineapple Express- he matter-of-factly explained that it can cause the scratchy throat and that some people are more sensitive to it than others. "Anything with pine in it will do that", he added. I think you should warn customers of possible side-effects like this. I really only buy prerolls, but all their products are reasonably priced, and the staff always tries to get you what you want, and not sell you on things you had no intention of getting. They're patient and friendly, and treat customers like friends they have been looking forward to seeing. Shopping here is a great experience.

Nick (on of the door guys) is simply fabulous. He gets to know the regulars, learns their names, and welcomes them with their name after he gets it. I'd like to think I'm special, but I'd rather think Nick is just awesome.

1. They claim to have pricing with tax included, I was actually charged another $23.04 on the back end of my card. Was told before I paid that it was $160 even then as I've just found out from my card co. That they actually charged $166 plus another $14 and change.
2. do not let then goad you into using your card *pay in cash... that's the other big mistake was letting this guy dupe me into using my card. Personally believe this is some shady business practice. P.s. this is the second dispensary in S.F. that has misleading "tax included" pricing. So feel free to do what I did and find out for yourself and good luck trying to get that extra money back.
