Full disclosure, this place is run by my friend, so my review is likely a tad biased. This friend is the former master brewer of the Park Chalet / Beach Chalet and he's been planning to start his own brewery for years. The second beer, an IPA, was actually decently bitter with classic pine, resinous, and slightly dank hop flavor in addition to an unfortunately out of place red fruit character. The place seemed close to hitting the mark but didn't quite make it and unfortunately the slowness had a...
