Every time I'm in SF, this stop is a must. The treats you find here taste great and there is so much to choose from. Personally, I love their gummy selection, both regular and sour...even their sugar free tastes good.
Prices can be a bit much to bare, especially if you get the bag that is priced by weight. My suggestion, go for the $15 box or tin. Fill this to the max, as long as it can close, you're good! You'll get more bang for your buck. But, if you are looking for candy that is wrapped, they have all sorts, from lollipops to chocolates and beyond.
Their gigantic size sweets are not easily found anywhere else and they are fairly priced. I once looked for a 2lbs Snickers and could not find it in any other store. Found it online for the same price, through. However, there was still the shipping cost and taxes to add.
As far as customer service goes, one is usually greeted when they walk in the door, employees are ready to answer any questions and help you. Service is usually fast and friendly, but there are times one can feel uncomfortable. I've done this a few times and have found that crowds come in waves.
There is usually no place to park near the store, so use the parking structure at Pier 39 or park a few blocks away...either way, you'll most likely be walking here. The only other choices, to get closer to the store, are taxi/Uber/Lyft or other forms of Pier/SF...

And his girlfriend The young man that was apparently running the store on the first floor he had a ball head, plenty of tattoos and a nose ring filthy mustache He was being weird, he wouldn't help us didn't ask us if we needed any help, but he went out of his way to the palm colored He sucked but the person on the second floor was very nice For it to be the largest candy store in the world. It pretty much sucked they had, like, five flavors of jelly belly Prices were high. Place was really overrated I'll never go back ever, When we got to the register to make our purchases. He snatched the bags from us, slammed the candy bags on the counter Didn't acknowledge us at the register either,...

I came in with two drinks (one being a pop soda that’s loud when you open it you know with the marbles) never picked up anything just pointed at stuff right in her view(we also didn’t leave the space in between the front doors)as I left she told my child who is six that the soda she was holding is not free and we turned around showed her the products didn’t even come from her store I never wanted my daughter to experience racism like that it’s really unfortunate that this had to happen it ruined our trip...
