Our experience here was extremely disappointing. We arrived and ordered 2 High Mountain Oolong Tea Creama drinks without being informed that all their beverages come with default ice. Surprisingly, we weren't given the choice of having ice or not. When our drinks arrived, we politely requested one without ice, as we weren't aware that all their drinks were served cold.

The staff member at the front counter complained about the default cold drinks and questioned how we could have known. We requested the removal of the ice and asked for room temperature drinks. And we have to pay extra $0.50 to remove the ice. She proceeded to the kitchen to fulfill our request.

However, when a man emerged from the kitchen with a stern expression and asked us, "What the hell do you want?" in an intimidating tone, it left us feeling genuinely frightened. All we wanted was a room-temperature drink, and amidst the tension, we managed to explain our preference to him. He went back to the kitchen and eventually prepared a room-temperature drink.

I can't adequately convey how scared I felt; it was a truly unpleasant experience. I have no intention of returning, and while the drink was acceptable, it was rather bland,...

I am in Love with this Amazing Boba spot!!! We had the Fresh Milk Taro Boba No Sweet + Egg Waffles + Fresh Milk Matcha with RedBean!

I've not stopped craving my Taro Boba + EggWaffle Delicious Treats!

TBH I could stop by Mr. & Mrs Tea every morning for Breakfast I love it that much

O also, the wait was long but SO WORTH IT!!! The Quality + Freshness made us forget about the Wait...Something's are worth waiting for! Also the portion sizes + price are very good. We actually forgot one of our Egg Waffles, walking 1 block to our car when Mrs Boba came running all the way from the shop to give us our Forgotton EggWaffle. We could not have been more surprised or Grateful. She really didn't have to do that & she ran a long way to find us.

Merci Merci Merci Mrs Boba we Frickin Love You Guys!!! Once I bit into your Deliciously Fresh EggWaffle I truly appreciated what I would have missed this piece of heaven if you didnt chase us down the street when you didnt even need to.

Thank you so much for going out of your way for us xo (; We really...

Yikes. I wanted to rate 2/5 based on my experience but my friends who go here a lot insist that it’s good IF YOU CHOOSE THE RIGHT FLAVOR. Key thing is I chose the wrong one I guess (honey lemon green tea with boba). Tasted so artificial and terrible aftertaste- don’t get the honey lemon!! I hate wasting food/drink but I poured that one down the drain. Never again! Because my friends like it so much, I’d try another flavor but only if I’m already going with them- this place hasn’t earned my trust/service based off that one drink yet. Maybe one of the worst bobas I’ve ever had. Very tiny insides, there’s a little counter with some stools to sit on but most people sit just while they’re waiting for their drink and then you take it and go. You can order at counter or at the iPad. If I come back and have a better experience, I’ll...
