sweetgreen - Healthy Salads, Bowls and Plates — Restaurant in San Francisco

Normally, I love Sweetgreen when ordering in-person as an individual. However, this was the third time I used the Sweetgreen catering option for my company and it was horrendous. First time was good; second time you could tell the quality went down in the preparation process (they skimped on the dressing which led to everyone having a dry salad); third time is the nail in the coffin where I'm never ordering from here again.

This location ghosted my company's order for our All Hands meeting which led to a frenzy in trying to provide a last minute lunch for 80 people. No one could be found. No one answered any messages. No one could locate the driver. If you tried calling the restaurant - good luck! Their phone system is so automated that it takes you in circles where you can't even get in touch with a human to speak to about an urgent matter. The worst catering service I've ever experienced.

(I used EZ Cater to book the catering portion, which the Sweetgreen site links you to, and they were amazing in their customer service for trying to locate the driver, reach out to this location, as well reimbursing me...

I ordered chicken bowl and homemade focaccia with hummus. So yummy!! This is one of the best focaccia and hummus I have found in all of the city SF

Driver was excellent going above and beyond. I spoke with UberEats and restaurant employee. Something went wrong on app and restaurant but my app and UberEats was accurate. Restaurant was not going to get paid because of the glitch between them and UberEats but employee used his most excellent customer service skills and just allowed my plate of food to go through. I called UberEats on other phone to make sure they got paid for both items in my order and so restaurant got paid fully as well as driver. Re: order # 186495726. Olo id 3403893918

I so appreciate your employee doing that as I was so hungry and we were hopefully able to get it resolved with Uber and glitch.
