Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in San Francisco

Me and my friends love the spicy potato soft taco at Taco Bell and so we all ordered a couple. Because the store was no longer open we left with our food. My friend Chase noticed that the sauce looked different than normal. Also while our food was being made the manager Gil kept looking over at us which I thought was strange. Then all of us looked at our spicy potato soft tacos and they all had the wrong sauce, some having different wrong sauces. So I walked back up to the establishment and said that we thought our tacos had been made poorly. Gil said that he made the tacos correctly and was not very interested in fixing his mistake. He told us that the sauce/sauces he used were the ones that he had been told to use for that specific type of taco. In my opinion Gil did not care what sauce he was throwing on our food, he was just trying to clock out. After talking to Gil in the store I called the store so we could talk more. He told us that he would make us some spicy potato soft tacos tomorrow, implying that he knew he made the food incorrectly. After hanging up, my friends and I found other issues with the other food items we ordered. My beefy frito burrito only had about 4 chips in them. I was two bites in and I had not had a single crunch from the fritos. My friend Ryan’s beefy 5 layer burrito (which only really had 4 layers) had shredded cheese instead of nacho cheese. I went here and ordered a box meal but the girl at the counter was extremely rude to me and my friend. It was honestly very hard to enjoy my meal after ordering because of how rude both the lady’s where. I asked for the food to stay and they put down every item down individually. I had to make 2 trips to the table. When I asked for a tray or a bag they told me it cost extra. I don’ t understand why you would hand someone food like they are a beggar. I paid for my meal and was very kind to both the rude cashiers and didn’t speak out. When my friend expressed her frustration with the childish behavior of the ladies they told us if we had a problem we could take it up with corporate so I will be emailing them with the time and date I came in. I work food service as well and I have never taken out my frustration or rudeness towards a customer the way these women did. I consider myself a Taco Bell connessiuer. This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to, by a mile. Upon ordering, the cashier alerted me that they were out of beans. And this was right after the poor soul in front of me was told that the KFC side didn't have any chicken. I tried to order around it, getting things that didn't have beans. Still all of my items came out incorrect. The wrong sauce in my spicy potato soft taco, ZERO fritos in my beefy FRITO burrito, and finally, instead of the glorious hidden pocket of nacho cheese that comes in a Beefy 5 layer, mine was filled with shredded cheese instead. Making it a Beefy THREE layer burrito. The worst part was that the manager Gil was unpapolegetic and showed no care for his customers whatsoever.
