STIX — Restaurant in San Francisco

Stix disappointed my boyfriend and I this time around, we went today for a quick snack as we both like Korean corn dogs. I have been at this location multiple times and has been my favorite but today in specific it wasn’t, it gave both of us food poisoning as the batter was still raw and the sausage tasted expired, we waited over 25 minutes to the point we had to go ask if the food was ready which we don’t do whatsoever and I do feel like during that time frame the food would’ve been fully cooked through but it wasn’t. We got 2 Korean corn dogs in which we both took a bite and completely tasted rancid we needed to spit it out immediately we thought it was the ranch we got so we went in for a second bite without any sauce in which we realized it was completely raw from the inside and the sausage tasted horrible. the only thing that was good was the curly fries. I was really excited to come here. The place is really small so basically, you just come to the window and order. I wish they would open the place or give outdoor dining to at least have 1 or to tables because the food that the place offers has to be eaten fresh if not it won't taste the same.There is one computer and you can just order everything there without talking to any employee. The waiting time was 20 minutes. When I came back to pick up the food the server was rude.The service was terrible you have to ring a bell for someone to come to the front. I ordered one sweet potato combo and with little sugar and my friend ordered one regular potato combo with NO sugar. When I got to my car and I was away from the place I saw that they didn't put sugar to mine and they put a lot on my friends cordog who didn't wanted sugar. I was pretty disappointed. I placed a order on door dash and the corndog was completely black and burnt. I called to complain and they said door dash handles that even though they sent the door dash order out this way it's nothing they can do. It's literally black and I know the cook saw this before boxing it up. It's unfair door dash is responsible for their poor food quality. I know they would never do this to someone who came in because they would easily take it back. It's even more unfair I paid double the price and got less than half the quality. The lady on the phone was not even listening just talking over me telling me to get in contact with door dash so rude and inconsiderate especially since I'm pregnant it's really disappointing I'll never order delivery from the again.
