Tasty Coffee — Restaurant in San Francisco

Seems like restaurant staff needs to be sent back to school so they can learn a thing or two about customer service. I understand there can misunderstandings from time to time but staff should be polite and humble, especially when I have not raised my voice or spoken rudely to them. The way they talked to me was as if I committed a crime, absolutely ruined my day. I'm from out of town. I'm staying with a friend and wanted to find a place to grab coffee and food to bring back to show my appreciation to my host. I ended up staying for an hour! Great place! Barista was very friendly and welcoming even when he already had a customer he was helping. I got an iced mocha and it was the perfect amount of sweetness. And they worked quickly.

They even waived their $6 minimum credit card charge because it was my first time there and wasn’t aware.

Great small shop to get coffee. I didn’t try any food, but will do so...
