Union's Pizza is nothing short of a pizza lover's paradise. As soon as you step inside, you're greeted by a warm, inviting atmosphere with an authentic Italian touch. The restaurant was busy when I visited, but the service was prompt and friendly, and the staff knew their menu inside and out.
The menu offers an impressive variety of pizza styles, but I opted for their famous Pizza Pepperoni. The crust was perfectly charred with a crisp edge, and the dough had a delightful chewy texture. The sauce was fresh and tangy, and the mozzarella was creamy and melted beautifully on top. Each bite was a perfect balance of flavors, making it clear why Union's has earned multiple awards for their pies.
The place is a bit on the pricier side, but the quality justifies the cost. The atmosphere is great for both a casual meal with friends or a more intimate dining experience. I'll definitely be back to try more of their specialties.
Overall, if you're in San Francisco and craving world-class pizza, Union's is...
Read moreI enjoy the quiet from time to time and having a new gem in town that is only 3 breaths and a step from Union Square gives me hope. They had me at first visit with their version of "the best" cup of coffee I have ever sipped through; evidenced by the picture I posted below this platform. It's buttery flavor and rich kiss bring me to Inciza, Italy and the memories of Italian life and all its fruits for the world to enjoy. I have not had a meal here yet. They boast a traditional pizzeria cuisine that is built around an "on the go" SFer and provides a small, simple eating area for a 1 to small party. They also have ice cold Peroni beer if your day demands a quick one. Do stop and enjoy a peaceful break from the noisy biproduct of downtown. And next time you go to Starbucks for your regular coffee, make a detour up O'Farrell about one block (284 O'farrell) and you'll be delighted with my suggestion....

These guys came through in the clutch...I had ordered lunch for a group of 12, and fifteen minutes before it was supposed to be delivered I got a notification that the restaurant had cancelled the order. So I had 12 hungry physicians, and no options.
Queue Union Square Pizza & Kitchen. I placed an online order for a dozen pies and some salads, and shortly after they received the order someone from the restaurant (I think the owner?) called me to make sure I knew they were working fast to get the pizzas out the door, despite the size of the order. The guy talked to the delivery driver to make sure they didn't leave without my order, and followed up with a few text messages knowing how stressed I was.
Don't waste your time or money on Uber Eats - call these guys. Amazing food and even better service. Thanks for coming to the rescue Union...
