My appointment was on Saturday March 20th 2021 at the 518 Taylor location for a 6:30pm evening appt (H.S. #714). I chose a 2 hour deep tissue appointment. I'm not sure what the therapist did but she fixed my injured knee pain and tightness. FYI I fell while running 8 days before. My knee feels amazing now, pain free and way more flexibility... wow what an added benefit!!! Place was very clean, decorated in a way that brings about serenity & grounding and smelled wonderfully peaceful. My massage therapist was very skilled. She did not rush and kept communication open if I ever need lighter or deeper pressure. I love the hot towels after each transition. It was extremely relaxing and also removed excess oil so I didn't go home greasy. The oil used smells amazing!! Business storefront is easy to find and making an appointment was very easy due to multiple locations. I was looking forward to my massage and it met & exceeded all my expectations. Ive been here many times.So on my last massage i availed the Thai Aroma Package for 60mins.and 15mins.foot reflexology..I thought its gonna be different from my previous experience.I expected that the 15min.foot reflexology will be separate and will focus on my feet coz at that time i have some foot pains due to work and diabetes.I was dissappointed i paid extra than my usual massage.I actually dont feel the extra 15min.foot reflexology.The massage i received was just thesame as the usual massage i always availing everytime.Maybe i just expected too much and not meet my expectation.But all in all it was a good massage.So on my next visit i will avail the usual massage i always choosing.I dont want to pay extra again on the Packages that is only the same as the usual.They just add 15mins on your usual massage.So maybe nexttime i wiil just avail the foot reflexology by itself..so i will not be disappointed again.Still i will recommend this Spa...Great people and great...
