MID-TIER BROWNIE BATTER FREEZE... w/ over-sugary brownie bits. I'm disappointed that Dutch Bros. Freeze game has been affected by cheap toppings. I ordered a Brownie Batter Freeze as it's the drink of the season, it was surprisingly unpleasant. The brownie bits tasted processed, way too sugary, and felt like something you'd get at the dollar store. The coffee was weak, not as good as i remember.
As for service, the Dutch girl I encountered was nice. I ordered through the app in case there was a line. When I arrived I picked up my drink at the designated window. I didn't notice a line at the pick-up window nor the drive-thru! I'm not surprised as the coffee has been underwhelming lately.
The best item I got was a pre-packaged lemon muffin top. It's processed but undeniably the best item at the moment. Starbucks and Dunkin' have WAY better food items.

A corporate employee informed us that our usual light-ice drinks would incur an upcharge for a full cup—a policy we found novel and inconsistent with our past experiences. This shift towards a more transactional approach was reminiscent of a competitor (Starbucks) and was disappointing, to say the least. Furthermore, the corporate employee inquired about our usual Dutch Bros location, suggesting for lack of a better word she intended to "tattle". The resulting beverages were subpar and lacked the quality we expected. I was okay they just opened and gave them a chance. 2nd visit I ordered on the app got there gave them my name they brought the drinks out as she was handing them to me two went flying off the useless cup carriers all over my truck. The cup carrier was semi-wet and not even strong enough. Right away the kid was making excuses and acted like it was my fault. The other girl who handed me my drinks just ran back inside. Coffee and a blended drink all over inside my truck. The one kid brought a couple of napkins out and that was it. Looking at the other cups the lids weren't even on.
