5-25-2020 Definitely becoming a regular; cause it's that good, quick and never dry. 5-3-2020 Definitely my new go-to place for $10 and under meals especially when it comes to that one pound burrito which is a true one pound burrito and you will definitely B full after after consuming. If you haven't had this place this by far Beats Chipotle especially on size flavor and value and on top of that it's a mom-and-pop type place. During these covid-19 times you definitely have to try this spot and frequent this instead of the fast food places for pick up a food you will not be disappointed. The employees are nice; masks and gloves on everybody social distancing and you cannot come in without a mask which is a big big plus for me. I shall return more frequently please if you plan to go there do so when I'm not there

11-2019 This is the spot if you want quick chicken from the grill in this area for sure.... and el pollo dryness be gone along with kentucky fried bones leave us. The chicken is large in portion size and plenty of meat on the bones unlike those other 2 chain places that have meatless chickens or dry rice. This place does it right, the rice is a yellow lemon based idea and the beans are flavorful. The rice I really enjoyed along with the potato salad. 2 Whole chickens quartered along with a rice side, beans and potato salad all good flavored. Extremely Disappointed with Juan Rotisserie Catering and Customer Service.

Long time customer and I recently placed a large catering order with Juan Rotisserie for a family event, and the experience was nothing short of a disaster. Not only did they give me the wrong items, but when I called to address the issue, the response was shocking.

I spoke with the manager, Michael, who was incredibly rude and dismissive. Instead of acknowledging the possibility that a mistake was made, he gave me attitude and belittled me. Michael’s behavior was unprofessional and condescending—he made me feel as if I was dumb and blind and insisted that the error was on my end. I was literally staring at the food in front of me, but he says I was wrong.

I’ve never encountered such terrible customer service, especially from someone in a managerial position in food hospitality. Given this experience, I will never return to Juan Pollo and certainly would not recommend them to anyone.

My father just moved to San Jacinto. I went on Google to pick a good place to eat. I was visiting. I found Juan’s R. Chicken. I saw the amazing 5 star reviews regarding the chicken, potato salad, and salsa.

We got the family pack to go. The restaurant was a bit small inside. Several tables inside. They do have a soda pop machine where you serve your own drink while you eat there or wait for your food.

Once we got home. The chicken taste was amazing. The beans were delicious. The potato salad was to die for. We got double potato salad I was happy i did. I live in Corona and would drive to San Jacinto just for the chicken and potato salad.

Amazing! Keep up the great taste. Keep working on the customer experience. Need a bit more enthusiasm when dealing with customers. It’s not just a job but we get the great food and you make an earning to continue to open this great food locations.
