Megan is one of the rudest employees I have ever came across with. She made this location and this company look really bad. She kept rushing me to finish my order of six sandwiches and I kept telling her to calm down and give me time to select my choices since I was talking too long for her she moved on and started helping other people in line. She then started bad mouthing me to the other customers in line and being overly nice to them making me look like I was the one with the problem she even offered to give the other people free sandwiches. The other young man that was helping me with my order was very professional. Megan even took pictures or video of me and my under age children. I contacted corporate and they are contacting the owner since it's privately owned. I hope she loses her job customers don't deserve to be treated the way me and my family were. I'm not asking for any free sandwiches or anything like that just that this person be relived of her position so that I can return to this establishment that does better without her. I have been visiting this restaurant once a week for 2 years now and never had any problems with any of the staff. I don't think I've ever been attended by her either. If anyone has had problems with Megan I would advise you to call corporate and report her. Sadly I won't be returning as long as she is employed there. The restaurant is close to my domicile and I really like the food there. I took video of the encounter and I am thinking about putting it up on YouTube. I'll provide the link if I do for all to see. Read moreThis location ruined Subway for me years ago. I used to work at the supermarket across the street and would stop here regularly on my lunch for a half sandwich. I was always in a hurry because lunches went quickly, but one day decided to order a whole sandwich. To my surprise I was charged the same price, so I confirmed it was for a full sandwich. Then I pointed out that I'd been charged that price previously for a half sandwich. The guy who always helped me acted like he'd never seen me before. The next time I came in I brought my prior receipts and showed him that I was in there all the time, and he denied I was ever charged wrong.
