There was like 10 people working back there and the line to pay and receive my food was so so so slow, what's the point of getting my sub toasted if I'm going to get it cold by the time I eat it. The lady adding my condiments had a bad attitude, she did not even wrap my 12 inch sub tight enough because when I opened it at home everything fell out like it literally fell out. Let me get to the cashier, she was so rude, her attitude totally changed when she asked me if I'd like chips or a drink when I answered "no thanks" she did not hand me my food and totally ignored me after I payed, I had to flag her down and ask her if that was my sandwich (since they had been opening all the subs before handing it to the customers to make sure it was the right one) so non- profesional. Seriously Subway hire people who are customer friendly. I will not be returning to this Subway ever again. They lack in customer service, poor attitude, non- friendly? & no people skills is what you'll get here oh and a...
Read moreMEH BREAD... Subway has changed quite a bit ever since they raised prices for a foot long and created the larger foot long option for an additional cost. The bread isn't as flavorful and the width of the bread is thinner.
I decided to go in for a breakfast sandwich on wheat bread and was a disappointed. The bread was kind of stale and boring. The eggs and spinach also looked kind of sad. Read moreIt says online and on the front of the store you close at 10 p. M. I believe someone more and charge needs to take control. I went in there today they did not have spinach preparedh, they did not have tomatoes. They only had cheddar cheese.and then the lady tells me she cannot Toast My Bread because they already turned off the toaster for the night and it takes 30 minutes to heat up. I walked into the store at 9: 26 PM.. I believe all food should be out prepared and ready for customers at all times until 10 which is your closing time. I also believe they should keep the oven and toaster on until 10 p. M. Which once again is when you close. Even if it did take 30 minutes to heat up it was 9: 26 I believe that gives plenty of time for them to prepare my food and lock their doors so new customers couldn't come in. Overall I was completely disappointed with my meal as well as my wife. next time it is Jersey...
