Talley Metal Supply — Local services in San Jacinto

I was very surprised by what happened on my trip to Talley metal supply. I stopped to buy a v track galvanized. The 1rs part of it was really great service until the loading of the material. 1rs time at the store don't know how everything works. The I pulled up to the back a worker helps me place the v track on top of my suv and that was the end of the service. I asked for a piece of rope or anything to hold the tracks, he replied no and if you need straps there's some for sale at front and he went away. I dig for something to strap the material and a piece of cardboard to protect the car. I was able to strap and secure everything. I'm surprised that Talley store doesn't have straping material just like lowes or home depot, and on top of that no courtesy at all, kind of like, let me find something to help but not...
