4Kids Tea House — Restaurant in San Jose

Sad to say good bye to my favorite tea place but unfortunately I will be taking my business somewhere else.This used to be the place for me to go get a mango green and coffee milk tea but unfortunately the owner is no longer franchise and now it is not tapioca express but now it is 4Kids Tea House.The owner hired all new employees and it has been a couple months now since they are no longer franchise and the employees that work there have no idea how to make any drink the taste disgusting and I have given them several chances to make the drinks right and it is nasty guess now I will have to drive a little bit farther to my next nearest tapioca express oh and forgot to mention it is a big inconvenience that they do not...

I don’t know why they call it 4 Kids in the restaurant name, because guess what, it’s great “for adults” too, haha.

They have a nice selection of different kinds of drinks warm and hot and cold. The milk tea was really good made to whatever sweetness level you want. And the Boba was very soft and chewy. Perfect.

The tarot milk tea was so good warm. It really hits the spot on a cold night.

They clearly made a lot of effort to decorate for Christmas, which shows how much they care about the ambience. A few places to sit and/or stand around tables.

The lady helping us was really nice and they made the drinks really fast. Oh, and you can also buy lottery tickets...

Walked in and spend $27 on two orders of popcorn chicken and an icy. When I get home there is no chicken only burnt ends .. I grew up going to this location and and they use to actually serve real popcorn chicken and now I can squeeze each peace in my fingers and it crumbles up idk if I’m just getting served the end of the bag or what .. this has happened more then once but I continue to give the benefit of the doubt and come back … this will be the last time I’m so unhappy this was a waist of my hard earn cash....
