It has been quite a while since I dined here after quarantine in 2021. Ordered some appetizers such as Fritto Di Pesce Misto and Insalata Della Casa, and they were solid. For main courses, I had Linguine Al Castello, Involtini Di Vitello, and Seared Ahi Tuna with Penne. The presentation was decent, but some dishes tasted mediocre and could use an extra touch of spices or savoriness to elevate the taste. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was alright. I would rate the food a 3.5/5 based on tonight’s experience.

Dear manager, Thank you for your reply! 💕I really enjoyed my meal at Al Castello Ristorante. Regarding the Grilled Ahi Tuna, I think adding a bit more spice could enhance the flavors. Perhaps a touch of paprika or cayenne pepper could give it a nice kick. Additionally, a slightly thicker reduction sauce, maybe with a hint of balsamic vinegar, could complement the tuna beautifully. Just to let you know that every customer critiques the special dishes in a different view, and the suggestion I apply on improving taste may not work for every single customers.
