My primary concern was that I looked exhausted and aged due to the darkness under my eyes (as I work full time and am a full-time grad student, I have not slept as much as I should). I did not know if I had dark circles from pigmentation or from the hallows under my eyes. I scheduled an appointment for under eye filler- tear trough filler. I was nervous because I was not sure if the fillers were going to fix my concern. After my consultation with nurse Holy, she assured me it was hollowness, with just a slight pigmentation, but could improve with the injections. I was very relieved. She mentioned that 1-2 syringes could help with the darkness under my eyes. On August 3, 2021, nurse Holy injected one syringe total to correct both under-eye hollowness. It has been ten days since my injections, and so far, I love the results compared to my eyes before. We did inject more under-eye filler on the left side, resulting in my right eye appearing more hallow. My left eye does look swollen as a result. However, my injections are still healing, and I am scheduled for a follow-up to address my concerns and add more filler. The injections themselves felt like a bit of pinch when the cannula first punctured the skin, and only one of my eyes bruised following the procedure. Other than that, I enjoyed the experience at Blu Cocoon Medspa. I noticed that I look younger, on-camera, and on Zoom for class. It seems as if I was wearing makeup when in fact, I am not. I feel more confident not being so worried about my under eyes anymore. I am looking forward to seeing the full results once completely healed after my follow-up visit. Lastly, the staff is amicable and professional. I felt very welcomed by all the staff I encountered from my visit. Nurse Holy was very kind, and she was able to answer all of my questions. This review is not for the treatment service but for the customer service. I had a microneedling appointment, but unfortunately their skinpen did not work, so I was waiting an hour for them to fix it. It was strange that they do not have any backup device. I was told to reschedule, and was offered some discount on future appointment. The problem is, I do not want future appointment. I would gladly accept the discount offer and reschedule if it was applied to this current treatment instead, otherwise, just cancel and get a refund. They took some time to communicate with the owner about that, but could not give me an answer on the spot. They told me they would talk to me on the phone instead.
I understand it was not anyone's fault, so I gave it some time until late afternoon to call back. They still insisted on waiting for the owner's decision, but then put me on hold, got back about 30 seconds later and said just cancel and refund, no discount for wasting my time. That gave me an impression that if I did not call back, they would not even bother to call me like they promised and kept me hanging. They did not seem to be sincere about solving the issue. That's what I'm not happy about. I'm disappointed in their communication and the way they dealt with problems. I came here for other treatments as well a couple years back and even recommended my friends. But after this, I would not come back for future treatments to risk having the one and only device not working again with no backup, wasting my time and gas.

Read moreI had one of the most amazing experiences at Blu cocoon. I have been here before for multiple services but most recently I saw Christina for a non-surgical nose. One thing I love about the staff is they are honest, great communicators, and really make sure that you leave happy and satisfied. I have been to so many med spas where they make me feel so uncomfortable or pressure me into procedures that I don’t want to do. Other med spas even go as far as recommending more expensive procedures that you probably don’t need. At blue cocoon, I can guarantee that you will have a positive experience that leaves you feeling more beautiful than when you walked in. I highly recommend seeing Holly and or Christina for any of your aesthetic procedures....
