I wonder if this place actually has a manager on site. My first time here. 3:00 on a Wednesday. Walking up to the front door, the entry way is disgusting. So dirty, it’s black and has obviously never been power washed. Walking inside, I don’t get the black interior walls, very uninviting. I don’t get the interior design. 6 large screen TV’s, none of them were on. Mexican music playing from the kitchen, then switched to hip hop. Small menu which is fine. I ordered one (mild) slider, fries & soda. Waiting for my order, I used the bathroom, smelled bad, a yellow caution “wet” sign standing in the middle, dirty garbage overflowing. No paper towels, not even a paper towel dispenser or hand dryer! Upon using the self-serve soda machine, literally half of the flavors had “out of order” on them. Another yellow caution “wet” sign next to that. I then had to ask the ONE guy behind the register for a towel to wipe the dirty table down amongst the other dirty tables. Which he volunteered to wipe down for me. Numerous tables were dirty, and the floor really needed to be swept. The slider I ordered was ok, as were the fries. But overall, the place has a vibe that non of the management cares and that trickles down to the employees not caring. I can’t believe this is actually a franchise because their is obviously no pride of ownership whatsoever. As I left, looking at the dirty floor and dirty tables that needed tending, I noticed the cash register guy sitting behind the counter staring at his phone. You can also see in the photo, the employees take the best...

EDIT: went here again and the food was very cold, and didn't feel quite fresh. The flavor was not present this time as well, as I chose the medium and there was absolutely no taste. I went here with a few friends who felt betrayed by how much I hyped up this place, and it didn't help that the prices were raised too.

Original review:

The wait was very long, and the place itself wasn't very clean (floor was slippery and sticky, tables weren't clean, etc)

However the food made up for that. I ordered the combo with the sliders, with a side of mac and cheese. When the food did arrive, I noticed the sliders were tender and juicy, and almost melted in the mouth. The medium spice level was enjoyable, but less spicy than I was expecting. In terms of value, this combo was worth it.

I sampled a bit of the Angry Mac, as well as the Angry Fries, both of which were enjoyable, although they were a bit too liberal with the coleslaw on the fries.

One complaint I do have is the lack of understanding of peanut allergies, considering they advertise the use of peanut oil. Before I ordered, I asked the cashier if they use refined peanut oil (the type that people with peanut allergies can eat), to which she went to the back, came back and said, "Yes, we use peanut oil". I had to do my own test with the peanut oil, as I'm deathly allergic, and fortunately, the food is safe for those with peanut allergies, as they use the refined type for frying their food.

All in all a very enjoyable Halal Nashville style hot...

Like many of you, I too want to get my spicy chicken sandwich fix from time to time.

Having tried many places through the South Bay, this is one of the last places to try.

In all honesty, I don't think the spicy chicken sandwich(two sliders I actually got) wasn't bad, it just didn't stand out as amazing. The dry rub they use makes the chicken taste too dry.

The price to quality ratio is okay at best . At nearly $20 for 2 chicken sliders and some fries, the value to dollar spent is really stretching it. I don't think this price range actually competes with other local places that I would consider as better.

Lastly, I'm not too much of a fan of ordering a $20 meal and then picking a spot to sit at, then being called to go grab it. If you're looking for a tip from me, you should put a little more effort into me than pressing buttons on a register and calling out my name. 15-20% tip option upfront when you order is now pushing us to the $22 to $24 for basically a chicken sandwich combo meal. At least bring the food over.

On top of this, expecting us to clean up afterwards with the trash bins around pushes my point of tipping even further.

Not sure if I'll visit again with having other favorable options in the local...

Go-to cool local chain for chicken sandos. Fast (very fast) food done the right way. Staff is friendly and helpful. As advertised the fried chicken is flavorful and spicyand crispy. Not heavy on the breading. 2 big tenders & Coleslaw inside, soft bread. Like any good sandwich it's gets a little sloppy at the end. Fries were crispy and hot, good seasoning.

We had a great experience here today. The mac and cheese bowl with chicken in it is nice and creamy and just the right spice. It is a meal in itself. The chicken sliders in combo #1 are much bigger than a normal slider, and the chicken was moist on the inside and crispy on the outside. The slaw on the sliders was excellent and would be great by itself. Their french fries are seasoned to perfection, and I ate them without needing ketchup or anything. The chicken with rice combo #4 had awesome chicken, but the rice was not buttery, as the description said, and it was just plain tasting and dry. Recommend if you get this combo to take it home where you can season the rice up. The servings are huge, and a single order of a combo can feed two people easily. The spice levels are superb! I got the Extra hot, and it was borderline too hot for me, and I can take some serious spice levels. The Hot level was perfect, and that is the one I will go back for! The customer service was great, and the lady was really helpful with our questions when we were ordering. The bathroom was super clean, too! My suggestion to the restaurant is to add some ranch dip for the sliders etc.
