The food here is amazing! I love the authentic smokey tastes to their carne asada. What I don’t like is the customer service. I called their phone for 10 min straight to place an order ahead of time only to be sent to voicemail with the person on the other line listening to me leave a voicemail instead of simply just picking up the phone. I decided to drive over to the spot meanwhile I waited for someone to pick up the phone. Finally, after 10 min of ringing and multiple attempts to reach them, a lady picks up the phone with an attitude but I ignore the attitude and place my order. I then proceed to ask for no sour cream in which she argued with me that they don’t add sour cream to my specific order but then realizes she’s wrong so she agrees to taking out the sour cream. Keep in mind I’m parked in the parking lot while she is talking to me now and wonder why she would not pick up the phone because the restaurant was completely empty other than one other customer eating their food. Finally as I go inside the restaurant, I let the cashier know I was the phone order. She immediately reverts back to the attitude she gave me on the phone and honestly seemed like a bigot loud mouth type of person which I dislike. Great food with poor customer service really deters people from eating at a restaurant. They need to either train this employee (older lady with glasses)on proper customer service skills or fire her and bring back the last cashier which was a well mannered composed young lady that was happy to...
Read moreHandling of the food was disgusting. Yes they did have gloves on but 1 guy touched his mask multiple times and his pants and then grabbed food with the same gloves. Another guy touch RAW meat with the same gloves he touch the cooked food LOL... omg it was so disturbing to watch.. paid $16 something for a plate and I could only stomach eating the rice and beans cuz they used spoons to scoop those and placed them on the plate but everything else they used the same freaking gloves and just touched the doors, raw meat, mask, pants then touched the cooked food when they plate. They need to stop that before someone gets seriously sick. That is my 1st and last time eating...
Read moreThe carne asada her is the best, and I'm not just saying that. It's what sets it apart than any other taco or burrito than any other one I've had in my life. I willingly drive all the way from Santa Clara to get it. It's both juicy, crisp, and seasoned perfectly.
The sauce is also great. I would say it beats La Vic's, not just because of the taste but the spicy factor as well. I wouldn't just stop at the sauce but everything else tastes...
