We had an issue with a door dash. The guy came with an entirely different order. He said oh well that's what they gave me. I said to him how lovely its not mine. He said he would go back and get the correct order. OK cool. I called BK to let them know what happened and I spoke with a very polite lady who said they'd re-do it since she saw our order on the screen still. We waited about 30 minutes no dasher. I called BK back. This time I got a guy, I explained my situation and he said OK then hung up on me. I called right back and asked for the manager and this time it was a different guy named OMAR who said he was the manager. I explained the issue again. His answer was we are really busy maybe the dasher is waiting. I told him too bad if he's waiting and my food is sitting there it will be cold. He say OK. Not dude, not OK! I said look I'm gonna come get my food. I spent $40 and I want what i ordered. He said I'd have to wait in the drive thru line. I said ok but i want fresh food. He said whatever just have the door dash receipt. Bottom line is OMAR is a joke of a manager. He argued with me and basically said oh well to everything I was saying and made no attempt to help solve the problem. Ultimately I decided f@#$ you BK and OMAR. Read moreToday, (4/30/25), I went to this location to try the new nerd slushie drinks when I noticed a man trying to start a fire at the back of the place. I tried getting the attention of one of the managers who later I found out her name was Leti and she completely ignored me when I was trying to let her know what was happening she never once acknowledged me and I wanted to praise the second manager Jonathan for immediately noticing me and taking action. After he came back I tried explaining to the lady I was trying to tell her someone was trying to set the building on fire and she in a very rude tone of voice said "he already checked it out" and proceeded to ask Jonathan in Spanish if he had checked it out and I answered her in spanish that she was very careless. I've never seen someone so careless and rude in my life before, but again I'd like to praise Jonathan for being an amazing manager and going above and beyond to not only insure the safety of his coworkers but also the people eating inside the restaurant. Read moreThe drive-thru is usually LONG (thanks, COVID), but I will say it moves fairly quickly.
However, this past Wednesday, I ran into a little snag, which is a bit unusual for this place. I was out running errands and stopped to have a bite. I went through the drive-thru and ended up NOT receiving my fries. So I decided to go inside. I was asked what was wrong, and I said I was missing fries, so I got an upgrade for my trouble. Then I drove to the shade to eat and found, instead of my burger, a spicy chicken sandwich (and, boy, do they mean SPICY!). So another trip inside to get my correct order and came out with MORE fries as a freebie. (Not that you need SO many fries, but I appreciated the thought behind them.)
Again, the errors made WEREN'T typical. Everyone has an off day, and this was theirs. Usually, when I stop in for lunch in between all-day errands, I get my meal without issue. The staff is always friendly, and service is usually quick. This time, everyone was friendly and quick with a couple "oops" moments.
