What can I say? Ahmod was our first sales associate and this was our first time shopping at a Living Spaces....ever!
Ahmod was very patient and diligent while helping my mom and I and welcomed all of our questions. He took measurements of the sofa we were interested in (Parker II) to make sure the dimensions of it would be able to get through our door, as well as fit into our living room. I'm used to very pushy sales associates from competitors, Ahmod was a refreshing change. Not once did he make myself or my mom feel like we had to purchase something, he was simply there to offer help if we needed it and to help us check out when we were ready!
I appreciate his professionalism, even if one of his colleagues spoke to him in an unprofessional manner, Ahmod did not lose patience or his gracious manners. I could go into more detail, but I will summarize that an older employee with thin gold glasses spoke down VERY rudely to Ahmod because Ahmod asked him politely to borrow a pen so he could bring me a paper and needed to write something down. This employee also repeatedly called Ahmod "sonny" rather than using his name. He was very unprofessional and I was apalled by his behavior. I am not sure if he is in management or not, but either way I believe this should be looked into. I'm surprised that someone would speak to another person like that... However, as I mentioned, Ahmod was still polite and did not let this interaction change how he continued to help us out. Great job, Ahmod!
Our second purchase was the same day, this time with David. He is extremely personable and friendly- helping customers feel at ease. David also shows a great deal of professionalism and kindness, making sure to not only speak to me, but also to my mom. He made her feel included and took her questions into careful thought regarding our purchase. Since we knew exactly the product we wanted, he did not try to upsell us or show us products that we weren't looking for, which I greatly appreciate. David is very balanced in how he approaches customers- not overbearing but also has amazing customer service!
Last, I would like to compliment the delivery team. They were incredibly friendly to my parents and went above and beyond our expectations with their care and efficiency delivering our orders. It is clear that they want to ensure a great delivery service without compromising on effectiveness, organization, and competence.
Overall, both my mom and I enjoyed our experience here and I believe there are many wonderful sales associates at this location. Thank you to Ahmod, David, and the Living Spaces delivery team. You truly made our first purchases here special and my family and I will be returning in the future to make more...

At the end of September, I ordered a custom couch. I chose the couch color and pillow colors. I was told this would take 8 to 10 weeks. It was either that or I order the in-stock color combination which would take 3-4 weeks. I left the store by paying the amount in full and I went on my merry way.
Fast forward 8 to 10 weeks... The couch was the in-stock color and I received the in-stock pillows as well. I was also missing another set of 2 pillows. Soooo I waited 10 weeks for something I didn't order and I was also missing pieces. Let me tell you... I was freaking livid.
I went to the store the same day and told them what happened. I decided to settle for the couch because I didn't want to wait another 10 weeks for a delivery and they ordered me new pillows. I asked for a discount since I was not reordering the couch and saving the company money on materials and labor. Of course at this time, I was willing to hold off on posting a review to social media since he said he would "look into it" and call me back with a solution.
They never called me back and the hold time was super long, so I opted out to live chat. I talked to one of the LS employees and explained what happened. He seemed to be concerned and on top of it for a week or so. He said he would be in communication with the store to see what can be done.
Their live chat allows you to see who is online and who was helping you. Every time I would follow up with the same guy (weekly) and I haven't heard back in nearly 3 weeks. I would go to the store but I shouldn't have to.
Their lack of customer service is appalling and they have demonstrated zero care for me as a customer and they clearly don't care enough to keep my loyalty. I was happy to spend money on some nice pieces they have but they will not see a dime from me again.
If I receive an apology from the store and receive some reimbursement on my purchase, I may reconsider. Until then, my review will be publicly shared for social media researchers...

My wife and I went to the store to order a couch with the difficulty of having a newborn at home (my wife delivered a few days back) and a toddler with us. The salesperson Michelle Pham was horrible. They did not know they were doing. When I asked questions about the credit they told all the wrong info. I had to do a google search and show her that she was proving all wrong info. They made mistakes after mistakes while placing the order. Moreover an important piece of information that if I need to change the order I need to do it within 24 hours was not told to us. They were sighing when I was asking questions and looked least interested in selling. After reaching home we figured out that we need a change and given the situation at home we called as soon as we could the following day. The person at tht store Farah was not at all helpful. They mentioned that the sales person might have made a mistake and there is nothing that could be done. I had to again go with my wife and Farah was not helpful at all. They showed us a long list of terms and conditions which we signed and they said according to the policy we will be charged 25% change fee for a $3k couch. When I was talking to them they were closing their ears. This is the kind of customer service they provide for a custoemer who has bought over $15K stuff in the past. However the manager Alex was helpful but there was nothing he could do .At this point I feel stuck and definitely not buying anything from them in the future. I would recommend avoiding this store and definitely the sales person. If the sales person would have told us that changing the order would cost us 25% we would have called immediately or atleast not places the order at that time.
