I fully enjoyed my experience with Kay Jewelers, especially Arezou my sales associate. I wanted to purchase a custom made ring designed from a loose diamond I had. This special diamond is an inheritance that was cut in the 1830’s. Kay jewelers is the store to go to for custom jewelry located at Westfield Oakridge mall in San Jose. My sales associate, Arezou was, and continued to be just wonderful. Arezou has years of experience that suits her well with helping her to accomplish her customers needs. She spent hours with me to make sure I was happy with my choice of mounting. I wanted a diamond ring that was masculine, a man’s, man ring, and this is exactly what I got. I was so happy with this purchase and Arezou professional approach to customer service; I came back another time and brought in two more diamonds to have a neckless made for my daughter. This purchase was a very sentimental gift for my daughter. Arezou was so professional; She intuitively identified with my emotions, did her best, and fulfilling what I wanted perfectly. Azi is as so amazing helping us out at the Kay Jewelers in Oakridge. I was there buying a bracelet for my daughter’s baptism and let her know that my 10 year wedding anniversary was coming up and I wanted to upgrade my wife’s ring. I told her my budget and asked her if she can keep me in mind when something special was available for us to consider. Like magic, she was able to secure an incredible ring for my wife at a great price and my wife absolutely loved it. We had several options to choose from in our budget and Azi helped us really think through the decision process from trading in our ring or keeping our ring and buying a new one. Planning a wedding is overwhelming enough and adding wedding band shopping to the mix can be daunting. After dealing with several unkind vendors, we walked in feeling exhausted and defeated. Then we met Armando.

His warm, confident energy immediately put us at ease. Even when we mentioned wanting to look elsewhere, he was kind and understanding. Though we found cheaper options, nothing compared to the quality, insurance, and most importantly the experience Armando provided.
