Great experiences! One of the best Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. Went to more than 10 Chick-fil-As from coast to coast during the past decade. First ordered from them right around they launched their first app. To me, this is THE BEST CfA around and definitely one of the best CfAs in the state. Reasons are excellent order accuracy, easy to find and go through the drive-through, and no funky experience or terrible setting that I ran into in other Chick-fil-A. You won't believe how many time I encountered interesting things and "impressive" settings in other CfAs. For example, many time other Chick-fil-A can't even figure out how to give me the exact sauces I ordered. I did receive extra sauces and even double cheese from this store. But am I going the complain? Probably not. Further, it is pretty straightforward to find the entrance of the drive through. I am not kidding, some other chick-fil-a has funky driveway and hard to get in and out cause either you have to drive on the left or cross the lane when making you way through. Other funny stuff? Been to a CfA with instructions saying you have to eat outside but they only provide 5-6 tables, 2 or 3 chairs for each, far from enough. And This store has none of these BS. Only great setup, wonderful service and very accommodating staff. You may say "oh you wrote them a good review because they keep sending you rewards in the mobile app". I am like "sounds like other chick-fil-a has ever sent me a reward LMAO". So yes, this is the best CfA in the bay area. Why they are doing great? One reason I can think of is that inside the store they reserved a big table with enough spaces only for the staff to rest and recharge, so when they go back to their stations, they are not tired and in a good mood so more likely they will provide excellent services. I must say they have done a great great job. If you don't believe what I am saying. Go check how many five-stars they got on Google Maps. You can't buy that. So ether they are pretty lucky or the staffs are doing solid work...
Read moreThis Chick- Fil- A is a sub par when it comes to its original core values. This specific store has a manager that has the worst attitude ever. I did not know Chick-Fil-A lowered their standards in hiring. So, the reason for the review is because of a small mistake which could have been avoided by a simple apology. I ordered 3 value meals, hence it should come with 3 sandwiches, 3 drinks and 3 fries. Upon receiving the order, I noticed I have 4 Fries on the tray, 3 medium and 1 small. I ordered for 2 mediums and 1 small. I checked my receipt and I was charged extra for the medium fries. Ok no big deal, i i wi just go up to counter and tell them of the mistake. Well, whatya know, the manager upon letting her know of the mistake already has a sour attitude, in fornt of other customers as well. The manager said, it looks like you ordered a small and a medium that is why you got four. Well hello smart one, if i wanted a small and medium i would have ordered large, she then started getting more sour and said " why dont you go ahead and grab the fries and return it here, only then i can give you a refund" then she walks away and rolled her eyes. All this are happening in front of other customers, all i wanted was a refund for thier mistake and an apology. That is it, this negative review could have been avoided by simply saying "Sorry for the mistake". Oh, to put the cherry on top, I also am Law Enforcement Officer that supports this business but I guess we are treated differently if we are not wearing our uniform.. i still like the food. It will be a very long time until I return hopefully by then that they can improve their service and quality.
My family and I (6 members) will be going to the other location in a less nice neighborhood unfortunately, but hopefully they will give us some consistently good food and service like this place did for about 3 years, but the last few months have been poor service and poor food. 😭
Also because of repeated problems, the staff is less friendly and indifferent about resolving problems. About 3 years of good service and good food all recently down the drain. 😖
2nd review: I so wanted to give higher stars because I talked to a director (like a manager) and he said he was going have better training so it wouldn't happen again (below, original problem).
I decided to add a side of chicken nuggets because lately sometimes my salad seems to have much less chicken (hit and miss type thing). Well now I know why, because they sometimes count a tiny piece a fraction of the size a full size nugget to be the same [see picture, 2 are fraction of regular size].
I would like to change this review, if I can start getting consistent quality again like the past 3 years not like the recent past. Otherwise me and my 5 other family members will look elsewhere. 😥
