Yopop — Restaurant in San Jose

My family and I love treating ourselves to this Froyo shop.

Pro: °Yopop has a great variety and even the new flavors they switch out are delicious. 😋 °Great variety of toppings. °You can buy a shirt and get a 10% on count your purchase (we did that) °You can also sign up for a "loyalty card" and accumulate point to use on your purchases. °Eat inside or out. °Clean shop 😌

Neutral: °The employees are average in their friendly demeanor. °I know they're young but most employees seem unenthused. 😬

Con: °If you walk in with a family (husband, wife and a kid or 2) the will literally give you 2 sample cups for EVERYONE to use 😑... you have to ask for each and every person just to get a family of four 8 sample cups. °Employees don't ask you how many cups you need for you small group, so you'll have to ask for each person... And then you still might not get 2...

Today was the first time I went to Yopop just to try it out. The cashier was nice and welcoming, the ambiance was nice. I got a Mia Mango and Paradise Passion Fruit, but both tasted plain. It was like they served me water with food coloring in it. I asked for it to be remade just to be disappointed again. The Mia Mango just tasted like they sprinkled a bit of sugar into water. The Paradise Passion Fruit had the flavor of a lemon, utterly sour. There are better locations to get a fruit tea than Yopop. I also tried some of the frozen yogurt which had this weird taste or didn't taste like the flavor it was. The only good yogurt flavor was the cold brew coffee. Overall, I regret going to Yopop instead of my usual...

Ripoff place… November 25 2022 around 7PM it is so cold outside but felt like I really wanted to get frozen yogurt. I have never been here but decided to try.

Because it was so cold, I got very small portion of yogurt and 2 spoons of jelly toppings.

The lady charged me $9.03!!!! In other yogurt places, I get even more and costs around $6!!!

If you look at the receipt, server’s name is Celeste C. And also this receipt she gave me does NOT display weight and rate it charges. She just manually entered the number and charged me. I was shocked when she said this yogurt which I barely filled up was over $9.

Dishonest place and dishonest employees. Never coming back here or any Yopop places if it has...
