Chinese Gourmet Express — Restaurant in San Jose

I'm surprised at the negative reviews. I've been to every popular Chinese food stop around here and the chow mein noodles here surpass every other place I've tried. Not as greasy, the orange chicken was nice and crispy not overly sweet not too saucy. Vegetable were not overcooked and had a nice bite to them. I was surprised considering it's a mall stall... The Asian stalls at other has been bland.
