I had a horrible experience with customer service last night! Although the receipt says that the host is Juan, it was a female employee who rang me up. There were 2 female workers only working. The one who put my order together provided good service as expected in putting my food order together. She then had to put an order for the next customer. However, the other employee was sweeping by the fountain. My food was ready but I still had to wait 5+ minutes to pay for my food (no one was in front of me). The employee who was still servicing the customer after me called the other employee to come and ring me up but she didn’t come. I walked toward the employee and said “Excuse me, may I pay for my food?” The employee snapped at me saying “can you wait?!” (With an Attitude). I walked back to the register to wait for another minute and she starts to bag my food and deciding to drop my burrito into the bag. I have never had any experience with any staff member who have done that before. She rolled her eyes and stepped aside to do something as I swiped my card. Then I grabbed by bag to leave. With irritation in her voice, she said my card didn’t go though and I needed to pay. I stepped back to redo the transaction and was then told I’m done and can leave. The employee had a face mask and no name tag for me to name her. She was one of the two girls that worked last night (8/23). If this employee had a bad day, she need to not take it out on customers. Read moreThis is the worst branch ever I’ve been too, this store don’t even deserve one star, I’ve been to this store 3 times in 3 different timings, they always say that oh we don’t have this we don’t have that, I’m a vegetarian and whenever I ask for sofritas or salad bowl they said like oh we don’t have sofritas for now or we don’t have the salad we ran out!! Come on what kind of store is this, no matter what different time I’ve been they always have an excuse. Being a vegetarian I’ve limited options for the protein, they have to make sure they have it available to the customers like me. , whenever I asked for avocado they say it’s extra dollars and that’s fine but they put not even half of the spoon, come on I’m paying you, you’re being so cheap, it’s like I’m taking avacado from your refrigerator from your home, come on man, we are paying and you’re supposed to do your work. Read moreVisited this place for several times, and I'm gonna be honest here. The place is ok but not exactly clean, there's always residues on the table and counter. The staffs were mostly teenagers, always weary and languid, like they are trapped in a job that they don't want (which I can relate to some degree). The real issue however, is the portion of the food. Their price is not the lowest, but their food portion is. I weigh just 180 pounds but I have to order two entrees, usually a bowl and a burrito. I never understand this kind of business model. You are a restaurant, yet you refuse to provide reasonably sufficient food, especially at a price of $20-$40. If you want to make more profit, just raise the price, at least you'd be honest. But cutting the food portions? You are cheating on your own customers.
