I didn't even need to light the holiday mug candles to enjoy them! Four years ago I bought 2 fancy, holiday cup candles (eggnog with cinnamon stick in a little glass punch cup AND a big, white, knitted texture mug with frothy peppermint mocha), and every time I walked past them or into the rooms I could smell the fabulous smell unlit! 3 years into enjoying them without even lighting them I finally lit the peppermint mocha. Oh boy, the wonderful smell filled the room! This year is year 4 with these adorable candles, and I still don't need to light them, lol! I FINALLY lit the eggnog one just last night! Delightful! And when I put them away in my hall cupboard in January I will continue to smell their amazingly yummy smell throughout the year when I open that cupboard. So glad the candle booth was back at the German Market this year. I got 2 more beautiful, vintage style, carved glass cup candles (peppermint and a mulled cider). I didn't NEED more, BUT I just had to see and have what was new this year. 10 out of 10, recommend! They all smell amazing and I’m so glad I finally found a purpose for some of my small ‘heirloom’ containers. I recently placed a custom order with Kate to pour candles in several cups and containers I had saved over the years. They ranged from a tiny porcelain cup to big mugs and lovely tins to glass cups and bowls. Kate filled each container with scented soy candles, ranging from birthday month flowers to latte, black sea for my son in law, spa and rose scents for the bathroom, and fir for the holidays. The smell of a freshly cut pine tree still fills the whole house to prolong the holiday feeling. The soothing scent of spa candles permeates my bathroom even when they’re not lighted and they make bath time feel like spending time at a luxurious spa. My son in law loves to light his candle in his office and my daughter delighted in her birthday month scented candle poured in a mug she once made in middle school. Kate did a wonderful job pouring all these differently scented candles in their matching containers....
