Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in San Jose

Not impressed. Usually like Domino's Pizza but this time crust tasted like cardboard...and was not super hot. Not sure why but I don't think they properly use their pizza ordering and tracking equipment. I ordered and estimate was to be ready in 12-17 min. I arrived probably in 15 min at which time the pizza tracker already said thanks for picking up your order, even though I hadn't even walked into the store. No waiting at the counter, as my name and tell me my pizza is not ready. My order was not on the board. Not a problem. I wait about 15 min when my name is called and they hand me the two boxes that looked like they had been sitting there the whole time. Once I pick up my order I get the confirmation email for the order stating it will be ready in 12-17 minutes. There is a reason chains like this develop tracking systems. Only part of it is so customers can track their order. The main reason is for consistency of their product from one location to another. Something doesn't...

Another VERY disappointing experience with this Domino's store.

The pizza we ordered arrived with all of the toppings slid off of the pie and stuck to the side of the box and the dough was raw and inedible. The philly cheesesteak sandwich arrived stuck to the box and had jalapenos and black olives on it and I didn't order either.

Delivery took more than 30 min after the order left the store according to the online tracker and the delivery location is less than 2 miles from the store. Unfortunately, this is the norm and has taken longer! The store called me one time to ask if I still wanted my order because delivery would take up to 2 hours! I chose to carry-out - I couldn't believe the condition of the store - there were paper receipts all over the floor, the door was wide open, the staff had on filthy aprons.

Ordered, driver left at 9:39 At 10:05, status was updated to Delivered I waited until 10:19 before calling the store to ask about the delivery status They said they order was still at the store and that they accidentally dispatched the driver. That explained why the order was out for delivery, but didn’t explain why the tracker had been updated to indicate the order had been delivered. They asked me if I could wait another 20 minutes. At 10:50 (10 minutes after the additional 20 minutes) the driver finally arrived.

He seemed very nice and apologetic, which is why I’m giving this review a 2 star. However, finding out that the order was still in the store 15 minutes after the status was updated to delivered, then being asked to wait an additional 20, which stretched on to 30, was what initiated this review in the...
