Not only did I get sick the last time I did eat here. Today I ordered pizza with a group of buddies ahead of our class break. I ordered at 6:00pm at 6:20pm I received a notification that our pizza was out the oven and ready for pick up. Arrived around 6:30pm just to be held behind multiple orders; who ordered ahead of time yet needed to pay at the kiosk. Now we paid ahead of time and being that our pizza was ready I simply asked if we could simply get our pizza since the transaction was already done. We were greeted with a no during this time one of our 2 large for $22 was given to some random person ahead of us at the point of sale. We knew this because they forgot to make one of that persons pizza and gave ours to fulfill their order. We were waiting on one pizza (from which our order was fulfilled but again one was taken from our stack to fill a walk in.) 15 mins later our lunch break is over in 5 mins and still no pizza. What a complete waste of time and money. Perhaps divine intervention was reason for them not getting our pizza as I said this location gave me diarrhea and I havenât eaten there since. Quite possibly the worst dominos Iâve ever encountered. Iâm not their manager but theyâre incapability to fulfill an order claiming to be ready is at least irresponsible. Again they had a window of 45 mins to fulfill 2 Large one topping pizzas and failed. Had to cancel and book it back to...
Read moreWorst. Dominos. Ever. And I don't say that lightly. I love Dominos but when there are terrible franchisees, it makes a bad name for them all. Both Google & the main Dominos website list this location as open until 1am except twice on two separate occasions ordering at 11-1130pm my orders were automatically cancelled. When I called this time the man informed me that there 'wasn't enough business' and that he'd be closing early so he cancelled all orders. Well how can you have business when you close whenever you feel like it and cancel the business that does come in? You're a Dominos! On a Saturday night! How can you not be absolutely busy?
The answer: This store is understaffed and therefore unable to keep up with demand. A quick Google search found job postings not just for line level workers but for a General Manager, this store doesn't even have a GM working that cares for it and that's just sad. Would give zero stars if possible for the person who answered the phone and when I wouldn't hang up left me on the...
Read moreordered a large chicken pizza and paid $ online, went there to pick up as pizza tracker says its done, and i also clicked on pie pass before i entered. but turns out the order isn't ready and still cooking. so waited for around 5 minutes. Lady came to front desk with boxes in hand saying she ran out of chicken, so no chicken but added other toppings, and she want to compensate that with free drink. I asked why didn't she cancel the order or call me before to let me know so i can drive to other dominos. she says she is busy. I asked why didn't she let me know when i came in few minutes ago, she again says she is busy. she didn't give me any option to cancel my order or ask me if i'm okay. Felt like she just threw pizza on my face to take it or leave it as i already paid online. Ended up eating veggie pizza. I understood she ran out of chicken, but its courtesy to let the customer know so i can decide what to do. i didn't want to wait another 20 minutes at other store for pizza, as i'm super hungry already.. so...
