El Mejor Mexican Deli — Restaurant in San Jose

They are rude, and have no restroom for their customers. At least to wash their hands or hand sanitizer. HOW DO THEY EXPECT PEOPLE TO EAT WITH DIRTY HANDS..... And they actually threw a fit wen we changed our mind and asked for our orders to go since they had no were to wash our hands..... WE DIDN'T EVEN TOUCH OUR FOOD OR OPEN OUR DRINKS, they had just served 2 out of 3 orders. We decided to leave the food there with sealed drinks. Since one of the ladies (younger one) was having a tantrum about getting us to go boxes or plates. I was worried she was going to spit on our food......

THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE AT A MOM AND POPS...

Menudo is great. The one star because you can't order anything but Menudo on the weekend. It's 7:30am and no one is in here and you can't make a breakfast burrito?! Bull!

Edit: In a response to the business's response: I agree! Your customers want Menudo. How about this, why not have a weekday menu and a weekend menu? Try and get a big mac at 10am and you'll faill. Im very picky when it comes to Authentic food because there is so few in San Jose . Today i decided to give this spot a try had the Posole and The wet green chile chicken burrito 🌯 It was delicious 😋 My order was out in 8 Min or Less tasted fresh , Staff was SUPER FRIENDLY , Restaurant Was really Clean . *must try Habanero Sauce 👌 havent tasted one better .
