Love, love the bread!! A bit pricey but worth every penny. Now a days even the bread gets its marks ups with this economy. This bread is different than other vendors, many add too much sugar or add other ingredients like too much cinnamon but this bread has the right texture and the soft consistency that last, doesn't get hard after a few days of purchase. Mornings are very busy but worth the wait for fresh bread, can't guarantee if there's bread in the afternoons cuz most comes out in the morning. Besides bread, they have sandwiches made to order, tamales (which I haven't taste yet) fresh juices as carrot juices, flans, choco flans (it's half top layer of flan and moist chocolate cake as second layer) its a delicious combination, if thats too much then a regular birthday cakes is also a good option, they are made with a mixture of fresh fruit and cream( they have diff fresh fruit options depending on the season, marble is a choice too). Cakes are nice and soft, never too sweet like other cakes, worth the price. There's other reviewers who complain about the bad service, I personally been coming to this panaderia for years and have never received a bad attitude, maybe a rush but that's understandable cuz the line of people get long real quick so the ladies try to get the flow going plus some people can be rude, there standing in line and wait till their next to start making there bread selection,... really? Si se pudiera en realidad le daría 0 estrellas. Ordene un pastel con relleno de plátano fresco y con una decoración para el cumpleaños de mi niña de acuerdo a su gusto. Al empezar la repartición del pastel me di cuenta que el relleno era de durazno y piña. Llame a la panadería para reportar la equivocación pero me informaron que no podrían hacer nada por el momento que fuera al siguiente día por la mañana y con la copia de la orden. Así lo hice solo para que me dijeran que el panadero no llega por la mañana y que debería de haber llevado un pedazo de pastel. Deje mi forma de pedido como comprobante dela orden y me dijeron que el panadero y ala vez dueño me daría una llamada. Al no recibir una llamada después de 4 horas llame y me dijeron que el dueño se rehusó a llamarme, que no me haría el pedido, ni me reembolsaría y que ya se había ido. Me sugerirían pasar por mi recibo. Fui a la pastelería con un pedazo de pastel con fin de comprobar la equivocación. Después de haberme dicho de nuevo que no estaba el dueño, resulta que si estaba. Por fin salió. Al explicarle se negó que el pastel fuera de durazno y piña “ lo hice de solo durazno” me dijo. Se ofreció a regresarme 3 dolares por la equivocación porque de acuerdo a el si hubiera dejado la fiesta y llevado el pastel me lo hubiera echo de nuevo. En serio!!! Debí de abandonar la fiesta de mi niña y ponerla en pausa hasta que me hicieran un nuevo pastel? Cosa más ridícula no pudo haber dicho. Quizá debería advertir a los clientes que corten el pastel allí en la pastelería para verificar que el cliente está satisfecho y que el hizo su trabajo. Este hombre no sabe de responsabilidad hacia el cliente. Lo estoy reportando al consumer affairs de Santa Clara. Este empresario necesita entender que su consumidor tiene derechos y no por servir primordialmente a un grupo minoritario puedo evadir justicia. Necesita hacerse responsable por los perjuicios de danar una fiesta de cumpleaños y negligencia. Piénsalo antes de ordenar un pastel con una persona que no le da validez o importancia a lo el...
